Premature greying| how to tackle

▪️Premature greying in a common complaint today. Greying is late 20’s and 30’s do not qualify as premature greying. You can expect few grey hair starting from your late 20’s.
In mid 30’s to late 30’s it becomes more prominent.
▪️There are certain nutritional deficiencies which could be causing lightening to hair colour. Protein energy malnutrition can cause hair to become light brown in colour. It usually corrects itself once the deficiency is addressed.
▪️Though Darkenyl gained a lot of momentum initially, the results were not promising.
▪️Managing stress, leading a healthy lifestyle and taking balanced diet may help in slowing the process of greying but once grey, the hair cannot reverse back.

Then maybe it's a miracle in my case... at the age of 13 my hair started turning grey...a lot of it. At the age of 22 I consulted a renowned dermatologist and she gave me Supplements. A lot of them. And serums. 14 months I took them. And now I don't have any more grey hair. I am 28 now

Start practicing shirshasan daily with consistency...Do it for about 10mins in a stretch 20 mins would be best in a day...If you're suffering from hairfall it will stop in 65-70 days if it's premature greying you're worried about you'll start seeing results in 6 months...

@@godzzgladiator you can look it up...and it's in my experience practicing shirshasan regularly helps control hairfall...I used to do it 11 mins in a stretch twice with 15 min gap between two sets....Now i do it for 15 mins in single stretch(Just 1 set) One thing I'd like to mention here is I was not balding it was like whenever i would put my hands in my hair 1 or 2 hair strands would fall out...i was losing more than 20 hair strands in a day... My hairs are absolutely fine now.... The hairfall has completely stopped
