3 weeks ??? We did all of that in 1 hour (+elongation, until term). Medical university in France is SOO HARD, you can't imagine. I know how it is in England or in the USA, I know it's a lot of work too, but nothing compared to the "paces'" (it's the name of our first year)

Thanks so much. You finally taught the role of the TATA box and what it is, it is just a the base pairs of the promoter region. Moreover, I also learned more about the 1st Dogma from DNA to RNA.

What’s the difference between enhancer and activator regions?
@PremedHQ
@PremedHQ 4 жыл бұрын
Did you mean enhancer region and activators? Enhancer regions are binding sequences, or sites, for transcription factors. An activator is any chemical or agent which regulates one or more genes by increasing the rate of transcription.

why transcription factors are in eukaryotic transcription but not in prokaryotes?
@vedantpatel8266
@vedantpatel8266 4 жыл бұрын
because prokaryotes use sigma factors to locate the promoter. The sigma factors calls for the rna polymerase core enzyme.
