Looks a nice Premier Inn...clearly a little older than the one at T4 but it looks in good shape! I don't mind watching a plane or two when I'm getting ready to fly off somewhere so I might check this one out next time I'm staying near Heathrow! Thank you for the upload!

I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Yes, it's a lot older than T4, we've been going there for over 15 years, and I think it will always be my favourite. I can highly recommend sitting on the hill after dinner with a nice drink and watching the planes come in. (Sorry for the late reply, I have only just found your comment)

@@KarionTravelling thank you! I can confirm the hoppa buses are still running from 6AM and it’s a 15/20 minute job these days with a £6 on the bus fee or £5.5 on the kiosk :)

Thank you so much. I would stay at any of the Heathrow Premier Inns as they all have their benefits, but I have a soft spot for Bath Road as it was the first one I stayed in and I love the view, and the hotel. I hope you have a safe trip and a lovely stay in whichever one you choose 😊

Hello, I have also stayed at this hotel many times. I usually go for reception view but next time I want a flight path view, do you know if any of the flight path rooms have been updated?

Sorry, I'm not sure. But I usually call the hotel about a week before we stay and make a request. We've always found them really helpful. 😊

I called the hotel about a week before I was due to stay and asked them. It's not guaranteed but they do their best, or you could ask at check in.

Do you know what number the free bus was as there is six of us we will walk to catch the free bus ,and what number bus can we get from the airport term 3 back the the premier inn bath rd thankyou

Hi, there are quite a few different ones, but if you ask at reception they will have more up to date information. You will need to walk up to the stop opposite the Holiday Inn hotel (about five minutes away). For the return journey a lot of buses go past the Holiday Inn, just make sure you get off in time or you will enter the 'pay zone'. You could ask the driver to give you a shout at the right stop, we found they were pretty helpful.

I can't say for certain, but I've always found the staff to be helpful and friendly, so I would have thought that they would do that for you.

It's not something I have been overly concerned with in the past, however I know it is on the rise. It doesn't seem to be as much of a problem in the UK or with big brand hotels.

The evening meals here are best avoided, especially the fish and chips which seem to be cooked from frozen and very dry

We ask for 1069/ 2069 because of the room configuration, but usually the second floor is reserved for crew. Most of the runway facing rooms have a great view, but two of them have a tree covering the window - sorry I cant remember the number.

Are the busses as dreadful as I’m imagining

We found they were pretty good, usually enough space. Hotel hooper goes from the car park every 20 minutes and there is a public bus stop at the front of the hotel with buses going past constantly - but these aren't as easy with lots of luggage. There is a free bus from outside the Holiday Inn if you fancy a walk. I don't know what the current situation is and it may have a reduced service due to covid.

We used to do the same. It's great for visiting the Merlin theme parks or just to have a couple of days relaxing and watching the planes.
