Maybe you can look into using "Add edit" + "Ripple Delete" and/or "Ripple Trim" and add that to a easier shortcut. For exaxample, If you "add edit' (I use W) on your first cut then slide to your next cut but then use "Ripple Trim previous edit to playhead" (I use Q) it immediately deletes and conncets, which makes cutting clips even faster! Good video tho bro!

Instead of hitting delete and then up and then W, why not just use shift-delete, which would do the same thing?
