Premiere Pro "Video filter missing" workaround on Apple Silicon (M1/M2) Macs

How to work around the "Video filter missing" issue when opening up Premiere projects on Apple Silicon (M1/M2) Macs.

after turn off rosetta you will still have all effects in AP. So you just need to run AP in rosetta mode once and then turn it off

Got filters back on my M2 by opening in Rosetta but once project was open, the timeline would not render or export :(

I get this error but i'm on a Windows 10 PC, any idea how to fix this?

I got another error message after that: "This project was saved in a newer version of Adobe Premiere Pro and cannot be opened in this version."
