This larger die grinder kzbin.infoUgkxmwiwyX3ADeryrwvcsiwLeKxme6QNQmGL runs very smoothly in use. There's virtually no vibration. Paddle switch with the safety trigger is a bit cumbersome to use, but is much safer. Grinder cannot turn on if set down on the bench.Note that this die grinder, like most others, runs at 25,000 rpm. Always use a face shield and hearing protection. If your grinding stone has any sign of chips or cracks, throw it away. At 25,000 rpm, the stone sees very high G-loads and could come apart explosively if the stone is damaged. Always run the grinder for a short time before using it to check the stone.This tool is heavier than some but very well made.Recommended.

Is there some reason why Australia is extremely over-represented in KZbin rotary hammer/SDS videos? Maybe block and brick homes/buildings are mandatory or something? Not complaining. Just curious. Boltah -Downundah- [Downunder] (spelling?) was the first I saw when I got my new DCH133. He’s like an SDS version of Torque Test Channel. Next was some Aussie plumber [plumberparts] giving 11 tips on using dry a diamond core set where he also raves about a Bosch dust extractor and “Hoover” (vacuum) that wasn’t made by Hoover. ;) Now it’s you guys! I’m learning so much and I appreciate it (thanks!), it’s just weird that so many are from Oz and I’m curious to know why.
@OZToolTalk29 күн бұрын
yeah I'm not sure why. We don't use concrete more than the US I'd imagine. And no where near as much as Europe. We do have a LOT of brick homes. But our channel has tried to do comparisons on most of the most common tools over the years, so don't read into it too much.

The top class Milwaukee 18v SDS Plus drill is a beast (not shown in this video, for some reason.) I'm pretty sure with a 9.0 or 12.0 battery on it, it will outperform the Hilti. The Hilti TE30 is an amazing drill though, really designed for never-ending productivity, if I get one some day I'd like to test them side by side to see which is faster. At the end of the day regardless of drilling speed the Hilti probably has the run-time advantage, Hilti always designs for productivity first and foremost before they do out-and-out performance.

in the case of some yes. but some guys want the best one there is, or don't mind having a second platform because they use it a lot and want huge runtime etc.

Yeah if you look it actually says it on the drill - next to the main “dewalt” logo - it says “anti rotation system”

I use the dewalt dch333, i love it, absolutely rips through 10mm holes, maybe even faster than some corded ones. Its super comfy, and even doing 20mm holes for rebar, it is pretty quick
