I left the church when I was 14. I am 32 now, and so much has happened. I lost my faith, got it back again, looked for signs, prayed, and I am unable to go back to church because I don't have a vehicle to get there, but I have been watching these videos and conferences and testimonies. Very inspiring and my faith is back now more than ever. I feel good.

You can watch meetings from internet, phone or computer. Contact your ward and they will send you links. Hang in there. You will receive what you need when you need it. Not before, not after. My testimonies came randomly and not when I asked. Test of faith, prevail, receive blessing.

I grew up LDS. My fifth greatest grandfather was 3rd president, John Taylor. So it's ingrained not only in my maternal line but through Freemason teaching in my paternal line. Although Dad was raised Baptist from 1933 through growing up, he also was raised Freemason by my grandparents. He was a DeMolay in his teen years. He met my LDS raised Mom in 1969, a year before my birth. Since 1974, I was raised up for this day. The LDS website has further information on John Taylor also.

Exactly! It's incredible how quickly things have taken a turn for the worse and how it seems to get worse each and every day! The Lord isn't just quietly inviting people to come to Him before it's too late anymore. He's PLEADING with people very loudly and very obviously to open up their eyes and ears regarding everything that is going on around them He's shouting, "PLEASE humble yourselves enough to turn to Him and repent; to help others in need (no matter what their needs are); and to treat each other with kindness and love regardless of personal differences." He's not only pleading with others who are without religion, but also, and maybe even especially, with people who DO have religion in their lives. People who disregard the things they have learned and continually excuse their behavior as if they are the exception who don't have to do what they have been taught and commanded to do.

I was baptize when I was 22 years old. That was in the year 1983. The year before that, I met the Missionaries. I know our Heavenly Father has called me to join in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints cause he heard my Prayer. I told Him I want to serve Him but I wasn't sure if the Catholic Church is the right place forcme to serve. So instead of being a Nun, I became GOD's Ambassador as a Proselyting Missionary and Self Reliance Sister Missionary. Then during my Mission I was privileged to meet and shooke hands with Elder Russel M. Nelson, Elder Dallin H. Oaks and other Apostles. I was really happy that President Russel M. Nelson and President Dallin H. Oakes became our Living Prophets including President Henry B Eyring. I know our Great Leaders are fore-ordained to become our Leaders in our Generation.And I am so thankful we receive all these Revelations for our Preparation in returning home to our Heavenly parents. And for our Family to be reunited. What a great day to look forward to. In Jesus Christ name, Amen.

I am thankful for the missionaries that came to our home and told us about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in 1967. I have a strong testimony of a true Prophet upon the Earth now too. Regarding Matthew 25 and the foolish virgins.. that is NOT doctrine for the Christian and losing their salvation. Christians CANNOT lose their salvation, but Jews during the Tribulation can because they’re saved by faith AND WORKS. The Church is considered to be the BRIDE throughout the whole Bible, not as virgins waiting to “meet” the Bridegroom Matt 25:1 “Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to MEET the bridegroom.” KJV There’s not a single member of the Body of Christ in this entire chapter. These “virgins” do not go to marry “the bridegroom” , they go to “meet” Him, because He is ALREADY married! Read Luke 12:36 “And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.” KJV The Bride of Christ is NEVER referred to as “virgins” in the plural; she is ONE Ephesians 4:4 “There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;” And we are ESPOUSED to CHRIST, and we are like a chaste virgin (singular) 1 Corinthians 11:2 “For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.” These “virgins” are mentioned in Psalm 45:14 and Song of Solomon 1:3 and 6:8 as SEPARATE from the Bride. Just the chapter before this one, Matthew 24:45 these “servants” are JEWS, not Christians. These Jewish, male “virgins” show up in the Tribulation in REVELATION 14:1-4 Their salvation is connected with WORKS (Revelation 12:17), which is why some of them can lose it This book is tricky, but you must rightly divide or you can live your whole life knowing wrong doctrine. Thank you. I somehow feel after this Coronavirus and Earthquake in Utah along with Moroni being shook, to the point that his trumpet fell. The stores running out of food and supplies and all the other disasters. It definitely close. It will be in my lifetime. I hope it’s not to late for me. I just recently went back to Church. I found my happiness and peace through those who didn’t give up on me. I pray more, I read, study, and ponder. My life has profoundly changed. I hope the Lord will know me. I want to be by his side. For me it’s May 2024 and the first time I’ve heard this talk. It’s fascinating to listen to President Oaks talk 9 years ago and how much worse things are worldwide. I serve one a month in the temple as an ordinance worker and also bring names to be done. I recommend that if you want to fill your lamp with oil, then attend a temple regularly and bring names. Magnify your church calling. Be willing to serve.

We’ve all been treated to the directness of this crop of prophets and apostles. People used to yearn for it. McKay, Kimball, Benson, Hinckley, Monson, Nelson, Maxwell, Eyring, Oaks, Holland, *Packer*, Perry, Bednar, maybe Christofferson and many before are the last of their kind. Hi Kevin, I respectfully disagree with what you say. You said that Christians cannot loose their salvation. Everyone especially Christians, need to keep the commandments of God to be saved. Christ taught, if you love me keep my commandments, if you love me feed my sheep. We also need to repent daily, in order to be saved. Since God knows everything, it would be much more logical that this parable would be applicable to the whole human family, rather than the very few Hebrew population, compared to everyone that would come across this parable and read it. Concerning the gracious sacrifice of Devine substitution that Jesus performed for each of us, it is only through him that we are saved, however we have to choose to access his grace through our faith. We have our own free will so he's not going to just force us to be saved by his grace. We have to fill our cup of faith with the water that comes from his fountain of Grace, to be saved in his kingdom. If we accept him with our lips only, but don't really love him, and love our neighbor as ourselves, our "faith," is fake. I hope this helps clarify some misunderstanding. God bless you!

And, even today, with the mass shooting and deaths of (11) people. Plus, the caravan, of thousands making their way to the U.S. border. Lots of huge hurricanes hit the east coast this month. Just today Jamie bombings happened, in Isteal. The Gaza Strip is in turmail. South America is toast. (Venezuelan and Honduran folks are in calamity. On the positive side, President Nelson announced (12) new temples and tons of missionaries are on active duty, in the Lords Army. I'm writing this on October 27th, 2018. I'm so greatful to hear this message from President Oaks and I love hearing his other talks. I know he is such help with things to our Prophet Russell M. Nelson. I love to share with others this message. I was baptized at age 12, but as we moved to the different Southern area they had fewer missionaries and churches in those years, I found it hard for these Military people to continue to have people come and stay. And I just continue to pray for others and help. Moved back to my beautiful sisters and many more churches in this State and I love the fact that they found my record,then it was lost, not one time but twice. I just asked for another Baptism on July 5,2020 I just love studying and sharing with others. Have a wonderful message and pictures of Jesus Christ on my door. Have not just food storage, but medical supplies for anybody. I love Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ and our Holy Ghost 🙏

It is so inspiring to listen to people's experience who have drifted away from the gospel and left the covenant path and then returned. It is one thing to be courageous and stay on the path but it's even more courageous and inspiring as you hear people with the courage to come back and do what's right rather than refusing to admit they made a mistake. I have made my share of mistakes and found that it's much better to quickly admit and get back on the path so that we can have the comforting guidance of the Holy Ghost. I am so proud of those that share their experience, it builds my testimony. I Share my witness that I to know that this is the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are blessed with our Savior Jesus Christ who loves us and he speaks to his church through prophets and has blessed us with the second witness of him in the Book of Mormon.

I've had the oppurtunity to study finance and some of the intricacies within that profession. Many things are currently unfolding and it's been humbling for me to gain a cecculor point of view as well as a spiritual point of view for things that will come to pass. Times are upon us and though we may not know the day and time, something that has helped me to remain diligent and obediant in my covenants is the reassurance all will be made right through the atonement of our Savior. We are fortunate to have access to such divine truths and the proper steps to ensure our foundation is eternally solid. Remember one of the last things our big brother, our Savior, our Lord taught on Earth. "Love one another, even as I have loved you" stated three times to his diciples. Keep shining bright!
