Thanks for this! I am still enjoying the last little bit of summer. Though I am excited my squash are getting bigger in the garden which will be perfect for some squash soup. I just pulled some beets today which I cannot wait to roast. Currently I am reading Housekeeping by Marilynne Robinson which book club begins in September. It's a perfect season for late summer campfires and getting all cozy. I look forward to slowing down after a busy and active summer.

Poor Romney. Mid-August heading for September, getting ready for the autumn when Houston is still 100 degrees F / 38 degrees C and air conditioners are blasting and will continue to do so until most likely early November when everyone else's autumn is passing into winter.

Hey Romney🎀, this is really random but I feel like a book that would fit the autumn season perfectly is Stargazer by Laurie Petrou. This book changed me to say the least; would highly recommend, I feel like you would enjoy it. It came out in 2022 and is set in the 1990s

Beautiful video! However, please be careful with having a lit candle beside flammable materials; never leave a candle unattended. It is always best to have a candle on a sturdy, open area away from other things. If you like the look of candles besides books, maybe opt for an LED one~ Stay safe and have an amazing autumn!

A MAJOR pet peeve of mine. I get annoyed about the parking people because there are literally DOZENS of available parking spots and the people park next to me. And drivers side no less. SO annoying. I remember parking at the grocery store. Literally 10 open parking spaces on my drivers side, and opposite of me, about 25 open parking spaces. I get out of my car to change shoes and literally a car immediately drives up and wants to park in the space right where I'm standing trying to change shoes. Really? I mean really? Or I leave the grocery store and as I start to unload my groceries, the cars on either side of me, their owners also arrive to unload groceries. So now we're in each others way and we're going to have a pecking contest on who gets to pull out and leave first. Really? 100 other people parked there and the only ones leaving right now are either side of me? SMH.
