📝 Have you written a book? My life goal is to be a published author and make a living from writing and I am using this year to gain experience, build up a portfolio and work on a book with my agent. I have just finished the final draft of that book, as you can see in this video. I did self-publish a book about bullying when I was seventeen which is available on Amazon (amzn.to/3mdJKLm), but I'm slightly embarrassed by it now!
🎃 Do you have merch? I don't have merch in the traditional sense (I can't imagine selling something with my face or name on haha!), but I do have a stationery company where I sell planners for students. Hey Ruby, just a quick thought about Latin courses: since the document states the Latin course is for medievalists and early modernists, it might be medieval/early modern Latin and not classical Latin. Both are really interesting to study but really different, and I think you started to learn classical Latin on your own, so make sure the Oxford course matches that! Anyway, this video was so sweet and relaxing to watch before work, thank you

Oh wow, you can chose Old Norse Literature for your module?? That's so cool! I will too start my Master's degree in English Studies in October, but since I live in Italy there's not a lot of love for Scandinavian culture and history, even if it's an English Studies course. That's a shame because those are exactly the topics I'd like to work on in the future. Hopefully, I'll be able to do a couple of modules if I manage to get accepted in the Erasmus program. However, it was so cool to see that you could chose that!! I am very glad that I'll be starting my Master's together with you! Good luck and have the nicest of summers! P.S. My summer will be slightly different because I still have a couple of exams and to write my thesis, but it will be so much fun too!

With hems that aren't crazy long I like to roll them and sew them so it's a bit of a thicker edge but that way you don't have to cut and can always undo them back to their original state

In an old assumptions about me video it was mentioned that she is not always just productive. Although when she has the energy to pull out a camera and film she just happens to be in a productive mood. I know, it can be very demotivating when every time I see one of this channel videos they are always productive and aesthetic in someway but in reality that is not always the case. Creators have a choice about what they want to film and then what they actually want to share. What is means is even if the channels entire purpose in about someone’s life they still are not sharing a complete picture with everything someone needs to know. My best advice to start small, do not be too hard on yourself. I wish you all the best luck and also I am legally blind

I also never have been a fan of summer! Before I went to Uni I had to work in the fields with my parents every summer for its entirety and it made me really not look forward to it. But now I am trying to change it: I have also made a bucket list for the summer and I am determined to do a fun thing every weekend because now I'm working and I'm permanently staying in the city for summer. I agree that would be an interesting video. Although, I do have to wonder if part of the appeal is such a big following. The publisher being comfortable and comforted by the fact that Ruby already has a big following we’re at least a small percentage will buy the book. I wonder how this would vary to someone who does not have a big KZbin following, or any following it all that’s over five or 10,000 people

Hey Ruby! I love your videos, and this one is quite visually appealing (I particularly enjoyed the iced-coffee transition at the beginning, and the various outfits)!!! :) I also loved the sweater at 2:23 , where did you get it? It is too hot to wear in summer where I live, but I want to get it for this winter. However, I was wondering if you could ensure the volumes of the background noise/ music match? At times I had to decrease the volume as the wind was loud and hurt my ears, but I had to increase the volume again to hear to what you were saying (As I listened to the video with earphones). This meant I couldn’t really listen to what you were saying, and a lot of the description and information you said was lost :( If you can fix this in future videos, it would be lovely!! Thanks :)
