A little instruction on how to prepare your matcha without too much trouble and without being too strict and ordering around - after all, it should fit your daily routine. There are only a few points while preparing matcha that you should really keep in mind and I'll try to explain these as good as I can.
+ The movement of the chasen isn't for removing clumps of matcha, but for dissolving the matcha itself and for making the foam. It is recommended to sift the matcha beforehand. See: • Matcha sieben ohne gro... (not yet translated)
+ The main point is always preparing a good tea, not the ceremony itself!
