I purchased the ingredients and made the gel moments ago. (Purchased the fresh curry leaves on Amazon.) I'm sitting with the gel on my hair now. I'll let it sit for 30 minutes because I don't have much hair YET. I looked in my kitchen cabinets for my herbal teas. Most were expired so i threw them out. The only two that wasn't was the green tea and the Peppermint, go figure😄. I am soooo excited. I really feel like this is going to work for my hair. I'm really looking forward to getting my edges back. Its been over 20 years, I've suffered with no edge, and trying to hide them. I miss being in Jamaica because aloe Vera and prickly pear was my go to, best detangler but I have tried the flaxseed b4. My hair is mostly in protective style so I will try to use it when its out. I try to still use an avocado mask as well. Avocado blended with honey coconut oil olive oil an castor oil. Leave it in for at least 1 hour, rinse an then use ACV and deep condition.

I had prickly pear for the first time a few days ago. You mean that’s a good detangler? I already knew about aloe vera, I’ve been using it for a while and it’s the best thing for my hair ever. It's obvious with a head full of your hair applying product with untwisted hair will leave a tangled mess that you can do without that's why it's easier to use products while your hair is in twist. I love your hair so much i love the ends like i just took some scraggly ends off my locs and my ends look similar but i appreciate your hair so much the texture is amazing. I just rinsed my hair with coffee, rice, banana peel water and oregano. I originally had cornstarch gel in and plan to truly wash it tomorrow but the cornstarch rehydrated on my hair lol

Beautiful Hair! How long did you leave the mask in before you rinsed it out? Also, once you apply the tea rinse, do you rinse it out or you proceeded with the leave in conditioner?
