Prepping Bacchus for BLUE WATER SAILING in our FINAL European City - Ep 12

We made it to our final Continental European City and we have a few jobs to do before we can relax and explore. Between building an emergency rudder and provisioning the boat for the Atlantic we are busy little bees in Lisbon.

Your rehearsal was a great idea, but I wonder if the rudder being present adds a huge amount of yaw stability that you had to overcome.
