Lookin' DEEEEEEZED for 12 weeks out! We will be rooting for you the whole time. I know you have the discipline and dedication to get absolutely peeled. Just remember, this is your first show. Whether you finish first, last, or somewhere in between take it as a learning experience. Been following you for 8 years now and you were the one who inspired me to get back in to fitness after a long hiatus - partly because of injuries and an insanely busy schedule (100+ hour weeks between work and getting my doctorate), but mostly because I stopped getting joy out of the process. You taught me how to find *joy* in working out again, and reminded me that it's supposed to be just as *fun* as it is grueling and rewarding. I know it's rare for it to happen in your first show, but you're one of the hardest working people I know of. Seeing you get your pro card some day would be so awesome. We've seen how shredded you can get just for the sake of getting shredded. I have full faith you will rock up at this show absolutely diced to the socks. If you've read to this point: consider having Coach Greg down for a collab. I would love to see his reaction to your gym and see how you two would mesh during a workout. I feel like you're a little more intense than him, but you're both just some no bullshit dudes who love the process of testing the limits of the body. Take care Juji, you are an inspiration to everyone to work harder, be kinder, and dream bigger.

P.S. When you posted your video about quitting your job, I immediately set out on a path to pave my own way as you did. I studied Biology as you did. 4 and a half years later I am the proud owner of a cutting edge biotech research firm and in reality I owe it all to seeing the type of energy and passion with which you approach every aspect of your life. Something about your videos and your journey just always resonated me. I won't be a fake and say "I've seen you since Tricks Tutorials!" and all that jazz, but when I did find you I went back and watched where you were to where you are now, and it's truly awe inspiring. The day you get your IFBB pro card you should pitch Netflix for a documentary because I would watch the hell out of that, and I think even most people not interested in bodybuilding would, too. Guy falls in love with lifting, goes to school for biology to learn as much as he can while still working out religiously, works out in a squat rack smashed in to a small apartment, explodes on the internet for wearing horse masks and kicking lawn flamingos, keeps those viewers by offering good upbeat information and content, then grows it in to an empire culminating in one of the most insane personal gyms on the planet and an IFBB pro card.

Juji, you are a nut. And I mean that in a good way. Sam is so patient and kind. I wish we actually saw more of her. I am doing a crazy thing as well. I am probably more near your fathers age. I am 71 and I am going after gains. I am gulping after 3 plates at minimum for bench press and currently I am at 270. Fun stuff. love your energy. What a weird hobby we have.

Start taking gorilla mode or gorilla mode nitric if you aren't a fan of caffeine. It will get you to 275 and then more.

Honestly, I used to think Juji had these (naturally?) huge delts that didn't match his upper body - but now, hoo boy The rest of him has really grown around them - arms, traps, chest, back Best of luck big guy, the hard work is really paying off!🏆

The timer thing was so relatable lol. Most experience lifters know how to stop mid sentence and get the set done. But every now and then someone won't stop talking. Like bruh, do your set. Finish talking after.

@@cooperdeek7910 It seems nonsensical intuitively, but there is some truth to it. A low body fat percentage doesn't usually mean huge problems, but when you're talking about getting in shape for a bodybuilding competition, you go the extra mile, and going there will cause some risks. 1. You'll have very little energy. You feel exhausted, and you might not have the energy to perform a smooth backflip. 2. You're more prone to muscle cramps due to extreme dehydration, and an explosive full body movement like a backflip can cause muscle spasms that can ruin your stage presence. 3. When you're totally shredded, you are more prone to injuries. Your bones become more brittle, your testosterone drops and your muscles become weaker. 4. You'll have brain fog, and you might not be "all there" for the flip. 5. A bodybuilding stage is just a stage, not a plyometric floor. Combining all the aforementioned factors with this fact, you could be spelling disaster. (+6. Your body composition will be slightly different, so your "flip maths" might be a bit off as well.)

Highland dancing was used as calisthenics for the Scottish Army back in the day because all the jumping promotes bone-density, endurance and muscle.

advice from key board bodybuilder, your midsection is thick structurally and is throwing off your dimensions. from a classic or body building standpoint you will have to grow your legs arm and chest to be competitive to keep up with your torso, there is a good chance if you took a break from the back flips and acrobatics and even things like front squats which 100% need a strong and engaged core and kept it solely to bodybuilding your midsection would go down and you would improve drastically. i can think of 0 competitive bodybuilders that powerlift and bodybuild in the same training cycle not to even to mention acrobatics right before leg day. its also worth noting that you are 100% dimishing your first lift by doing explosvie jumps right before a squat and therefore are hurting results not to mention a 1 rep to 3 rep max is not at all ideal for growing. also if you take a break from these max effort 1-3 reps for 12 weeks your suddenly not going to get weak youre just going to stronger in a higher rep range. and as per the science of putting the front squat first if you went to any truly knowledgeable coach and told them youre gonna max a compound movement that is so posterior heavy right at the start of the workout they would tell you to max 8 reps on that leg press not fuck around with your ego on a super wide front squat that is likely to hurt you. while im at it for all your talk of flexibility your shoulder flexibility is bad and its what counts in bodybuilding for hitting the side tri and side chest properly. to be fair your not going to listen because your whole sthick is training books about doing it all at the which is not ideal anyway. john meadows hurt his back and had to stop alot of heavy compounds and switch to machinces and you know what happended he gained 3 inches on his legs.Tldr take 12 weeks off and get someone like john meadows, dorian, Antione to help you with the training side you cant do everything at once and i could see you being a pro in classic in no time.
