You are absolutely correct. God is the head of my life and we talk every day. What I am referring to in my statement is this: As a Virgo, we tend to push ourselves and work extremely hard to reach perfection/reach our goals that we set for ourselves . Now I can assure you I am not perfect nor do I strive to be. I simply work hard to be a better version of myself each day. With that being said I don’t speak negatively about myself, but I have perfectly considered the pros and cons of every situation that I may face especially on the internet where the negativity would come in. Being in front of the camera for the entire world to see you puts you in a extremely vulnerable space (and trust me it ain’t for everybody). To do what I do you have to have pep talks with yourself and think about everything that someone could potentially say to you to hurt your feelings so there is no shock value or offense taken. There are people out there (trolls) that like to attack people especially (nice and kind people that mind their business like me)and be rude just because they are behind a screen. If you go into production not preparing yourself for the cruelty you won’t be able to appreciate and see the positivity. This is why I am able to make these fun videos and let stuff roll off my back because I know who I am, I know who my creator is, and I am blessed beyond measure. This was a little long, but hopefully this shed some light on the statement and allowed you to see my perspective. Thanks so much for watching 💖🤗

I got my silk press shortly after you did your reversion video and I was amazed at how long my hair was with how lazy I've been on top of the stress the past year. Hi Ronya, new subbie!! Your hair will be fine taking color. I can't wait to see your new hair color. I have been natural for 2 yrs. I have colored my grey roots myself for 15 yrs when I was relaxed. Now that I am natural I get my greys professionally colored. I do use Curlsmith bond curl salve (pre shampoo), Shea Moisture protein power treatment masque (blue label). I just decided this year to add Aphogee 2step protein treatment to my routine. I found a great suggestion from Hair By Mz Magic on You Tube. Placing the step 1 solution in a spray bottle. I just tried this & it was so much easier.

It has helped to strengthen my hair. My hair has not been breaking off like it use too, when my hair was colored & relaxed. My curls have retained their elasticity. The shrinkage is real. 😁My hair has grown so much since I have been natural. It has not been this long since I graduated from college.

Since my hair is low porosity, I stay away from protein treatment, but use one that has protein in it. Hope this make since.

I absolutely understand what you are saying. I was doing the same but in preparation for getting my hair bleached and dyed I did it. For us low porosity folks, we definitely do not need to use protein as often as high porosity people. The texture ID deep conditioner has protein in it and it is one that I keep in rotation every year.😉

When you said you were dyeing your hair I thought Nooooo!... but at least you are treating your hair to get it ready so that's good. Just remember to get it trimmed and keep up with the treatments. You've already got your diet and exercise on lock.
