I miss my Excursion. The best fix I did on mine was to fill the door seals with a tube. There’s videos on here about it. It tightened up all the seals especially the rear door seals since you can’t get those replacements anymore as far as I know.

Are you sure it's not the water pump? My 03 Taurus was doing the same thing had the water pump replaced and got a new coolant reservoir and it as good as new.

You should check if your fans and radiator are working. Your engine overheating will cause your coolant to spill over.

That resistor is a pain. The new after market is not color coded

It is a massive pain, so it seems. The bottom mount screw is blocked by the A/C accumulator. And the accumulator mount screws are blocked by a steel coolant line 🤡

Love the videos and have been watching for a while now but I'm also very frustrated that I can't actually purchase any of the items you showcase. Not a single company with anything in stock. Not your fault, but did 2020 kill this business? I actually laid eyes on a Hinderer at a retail store five years ago and should have bought it: I didn't realize I would never get another chance. Short of subscribing to 200 knife makers mailing lists to wait for a drop to buy one of the three available copies, what would you suggest? The thrill of the hunt and overpaying for gear in the secondary market is not my kind of game. Any ideas?
