These are the best lemon cookies, ever. I used to buy the Archway Frosted Lemon cookies but I haven't seen them in the stores for years. These cookies are, honestly, better! In the 4 days since i watched this video (the day it released), I have made these cookies twice. I'm hooked! One thing I found is that the cookies are better the next day, after being stored. The texture and flavor are improved (and both were already amazing).

5:40 Try transferring the dry ingredients to parchment (could even be the parchment you'll use for baking), then transfer the dry ingredients on the parchment to the mixing bowl by folding/bending the paper into a cone/funnel shape. You won't spill the ingredients on to the counter. 💖🌞🌵😷

Love richly lemon flavored things like this! Have all ingredients on hand. Will make it soon, thank you! One thing I was wondering if mixing the zest with the sugar and letting it sit overnight to let the oils really mix into the sugar. I too prefer the natural lemon color cookie. The other cookie looks super lemon color but also looks fake.
