“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame” Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”” Luke 19:10 God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless y’all!!

My first time making a cheesecake, and I followed your recipe! It came out PERFECT! I was a little worried before baking, since my cheese batter had become very soft and almost runny. I read online it could be due to over mixing. Even though it stressed me a little, I just went along with it. After baking it stayed in the fridge overnight and it was firm and nice! My family was shocked to find out, that I made that beautiful cake from scratch. And it was delicious - So I salute you John. I told my mom that I would make another dessert from your channel for her birthday, you are simply THAT good. Thank you!

Made this cheesecake with my 5 year old granddaughter. We watched the video a couple days ago and she asked me to make it. What's a grandfather to do? We made it for New Year's. It turned out just incredible. I even bought a piping kit. Piping was a first for both of us, but it turned out not too bad. The cheesecake is RICH and awesome. It turned out great!!! Hey y'all I just made this cheesecake, and let me tell you: it is soooo amazing. I'm definitely more of an average baker, so mine looks a lot sloppier than his 😅 but oh my gosh it looks exactly like the picture! Considering I've never made cheesecake/cake before, it was surprisingly easy to make and really forgiving in terms of presentation. I haven't officially had a whole piece of it yet (made it for someone's bday and having it tonight) but some of the batter got stuck on the sides of the spring form pan (which I probably should have greased) and I tasted it and it tastes 1 million times better than store bought cheesecake. I piped "Happy Birthday" on top in white chocolate and I literally cannot believe that I made something so pretty! This recipe works and is amazing!!

I just made one last night and got really stressed over it because it was my first time making a baked cheesecake. I thought baked means the setting time is faster and I was wrong. So I attempted to remove it from the springform pan with only 15mins of chilling and it collapsed and my instinct said to put it back in the oven. Then I read somewhere at the bottom of the instructions not to panic because it will set once chilled. I was saved! Hahaha. The cake is so rich and super good! Thank you!

Very interesting, I have been making cheesecakes for years and you show tricks that I learned only after making all those cheesecakes, but you also did things I've never seen before so that would be interesting to try, I made my first one with ganache just a few days ago so it's ironic you did that, I have never done a whipped cream on top though, I'm not sure that would go over well in my opinion, I like how you baked the crust first, I thought I was the only one who did that, one thing I have learned though is I cook the cheesecake at a lower temperature, that helps prevent burning and splitting on the top, I never go above 275, and usually only bake at 250

I agree with you on the temperature! I just made one at 225F and I baked it for about 2.5 hours. No water bath required and no cracks in the end!
