PRESENTACIÓN DE LA ANTOLOGÍA “VOCES EQUIDISTANTES: ANTOLOGÍA DE POETAS
LATINOAMERICANOS EN REINO UNIDO”
En el Reino Unido y más específicamente en su capital, Londres, una de las ciudades más multiculturales del mundo, residen una gran cantidad de autores latinoamericanos de poesía, cuya obra va quedando a menudo en una suerte de tierra de nadie, debido a la pérdida de la relación cotidiana con su contexto original y la dificultad de integración a un campo literario dominado por
una lengua y unos códigos diferentes. Precisamente dar voz y visibilidad a estos escritores es el objetivo de la editorial Equidistancias y, por ello, este volumen inicia una serie de antologías de los diversos géneros literarios escritos en lengua española desde países europeos.
Leerán sus poemas: Diego Flores-Jaime (México); Lester Gómez Medina (Nicaragua); Sebastián Montes, Juan Toledo (Colombia); Xaviera Ringeling (Chile); Luis Rebaza (Perú); Ana Reyes (Venezuela). Y contaremos con la presencia de su la traductora, Isabel del Río y del editor de la antología, Enrique Zattara.

UNIDO”
In the United Kingdom and, especially, in London, one of the most multicultural capitals of the world, there are numerous Latin American poets. However, their works are often secluded in a sort of no man’s land due to their disconnection from their original context and the difficulty of integration in a literary world dominated by a different language and cultural codes. The goal of the publishing house Equidistancias is to give a voice to and promote this type of writer. Following this aim, this volume inaugurates a series of anthologies of diverse literary genres written in Spanish from European countries.
They will read their poems: Diego Flores-Jaime (Mexico); Lester Gomez Medina (Nicaragua); Sebastian Montes, Juan Toledo (Colombia); Xaviera Ringeling (Chile); Luis Rebaza (Peru); Ana Reyes (Venezuela). And we will have the presence of its translator, Isabel del Río and the editor of the
anthology, Enrique Zattara
