I didn't prepare the presentation and I just memorized it. So I'm stuck like you said in the video. I was embarrassed by the audience and everyone looked at me. I can't really improve this. But thanks for the suggestion for my next presentation.

You can improve this! Your goal shouldn’t be to memorize your presentation word for word - when you do this, you put too much pressure on yourself to remember every word and not make any mistakes. If you deliver a completely memorized talk or presentation, it will often sound unnatural. Instead, use small cards with notes to support you, and only put key information and phrases on the cards - the fewer notes, the better. And then practise as often as possible - with the cards and also without the cards. I can’t stress enough how important practice is! Oh, and it’s perfectly okay to make mistakes 😉

Almost always the first one to comment on my videos 😀😀 How not to get nervous: Very similar to the tips I give in this lesson: Know your topic Don't try to be perfect Don't forget to breathe Be enthusiastic about your topic if possible. The more enthusiasm you have, the more you'll be excited to share with your audience and the less nervous you'll be Practise out loud Imagine the feeling of success you'll have once you've given the presentation I hope this helps!
