What happens when the judge doesn't run on truth? As I've had a judge tell me I'm dangerous. For up to 3 to 6 months on marijuana. I looked it up & the scientists says. That it wears out between 4 to 8 hours depending on how much their being a user for

In many states an apology is not an admission of guilt but a civil gesture.

telling the defendants the questions before trial is not smart. You want the people in question making sworn statements under oath. If they are prepared for the questions they can prepare to lie or deceive the court. Any persons involved should be prepared to answer truthfully without having been trained how to answer before taking the stand. Also why go to trial and ask the questions if you already presented the case and simulated. No point. needing time to gather evidence to defend themselves should only be material and not verbal. This is a ethical concern. i dont have a license to practice but i bet you will find a ethics concern regarding this matter.

The judge is not respectful to the truth, or respectful of the best interest of the of the child. Family law attorneys are actors who like to be paid for their act. Such a mockery and a joke. Family law attorneys are the absolute worst members of our society.

I think it would have been much better to not fall into reinforce racial and cultural stereotypes for the various rolls, especially in picking a big, crude acting, short tempered very dark black man as the actor for the sometimes drunk, threatening wife beating father. Maybe the actors for the judge and father should have been switched?
