Preservation is one of my all time favorite healers, because of its unique combo style system/setup!! It was already so fun to mix and match talents, but it was a little tough to do so Pre alpha. These changes set my heart ablaze!! They're flameshaping my soul (pun intended)!! I'm so happy we're getting tier 1/4 set bonus in our talent tree, I love how much more accessible talents are now in spec tree, much more mix matching potential!! The hero talents all look wonderful, the blink animation looks absolutely stunning. I'm so so so happy to see these changes!! Tank you for bringing this video about and giving us all the evoker info, we truly appreciate it!!

Hey Bowser, second time watching this and I was wondering if you tried a blossom build with fan the flames extending blossom enkindle HOTs? In my head this HOT should be massive and you could potentially triple the duration with two engulfs. Thoughts?

Thats what I was thinking would work, and it does work that way as far as I can tell. Now until they give us balanced healing numbers its very hard to tell how good it will be. But theoretically? You could run in day 1 of raid with it and likely get some work done. And all that healing alongside the dreambreath bursts too? Yeah that could be the new blossom build! At least for Flameshaper! What an exciting time!

@@Bowserthehealer I saw that they updated this in the most recent alpha notes where it only increases the healing over the 8 seconds and does not extend. I think I would prefer the extension instead so I can ramp up for the next burst.

Happy to see you got access, I simply cannot get enough of your healing content, especially Preservation! After getting back to WoW in november I stumbled into pres, and it’s so different and fun, but getting some actual good advice / content for pres is hard! Luckily we got you!

I just checked the wowhead for pres evoker talent tree and it's changed a lot since this video. Not sure if that is confirmed finalized though. Notable change is Spatial Paradox is baseline capstone choice with the Unravel Time or whatever it's called. 3 minute cooldown big range increase. Lots of talents moved around too.

I just started playing wow agen. You got me into trying preservation evoker first i thot the kit was very boring then i learn more of how to use it and i understod it more i learn uts alot harder then it looks and is alot of fun. I just the guide you posted fore it and help so much and i recomend any healer to give preservation evoker a chans to try something difrent to play with ther combos. now preservation evoker is what i play the most of all😂

I definitely like the sound of not being shoehorned into Stasis for build options. I'm still waiting for the remaining hero trees to come out and any other class changes to happen before committing to my TWE main, but I could well be sticking Evoker based on what I've seen so far - it all looks incredible!

this was a great breakdown and early look, I can't wait to see all the Aug stuff! seeing that the talents and Hero talents will be swappable at any time between dungeons/raid bosses etc, do you see a meta where players are choosing a flavor of playstyle they really like and sticking with it? or is there really room to micromanage things by hot swapping between things for specific content? it's probably too early to tell but my only real worry so far is that having this much variance and choice could lead to constant management of your spec and hero talents (although that likely would only entail the highest levels of content). can't wait to see the Shaman trees and info!

Question about chrono warden capstone Are these full value chrono flames (aka 100% dmg and healing) or just the added part from chrono? Aka the 15% part Since if there full then thats actually kinda nice dmg

No, and I hate to leave you with "feeling" alone. But it felt slightly lower than season 1. But close to PTR season 4. Just dont forget to re-up reversion in down time, you'll get a ton!

Bowser your awesome, thinking of flameshaper build with blossom, bottom of the tree is ysera, lifebind, life givers, renewing breath, cycle, titan gift, temporal artifice down to grace period You get double reversion, double dream breath, enkindle from blossom and dream flight into an engulf during cycle of life

How did Chronomancer feel to play vs Flameshaper? I like the theme of Chronowarden much more but looking at the talents on paper vs Flameshaper it really seems boring and underwhelming in comparison. Are the changes to Hover and TTS enough to feel like the hero talents are actually doing something for you? I'd love to hear Chronowarden is an equally fun playstyle/value but am currently worried I'll be compelled into Flameshaper due to it seeming much more impactful, at least in theory.

Have they fixed the ranged dps positioning issue? As long as I have to exclusively play my own key and only invite melee on my prevoker in order to not pull what hair I have left out, it's going to see very little play from me in keys.

I hate saying this, but no. You need to be good at positioning on pres. If it aint your thing, don't play it. But most players ive seen complain about range, and position horribly. So its a work on it or go next kind deal.

Dude, heavy crit reversion build with essence burst every reversion crit, allowing echo spam, reversion on every target you can GCD it on, Dream Breath juggling with Engulf....... You could make a crit/vers M+ build or a crit/mastery raid build.... lord, I might make a healer.

It just makes you gain a chance = to crit to get a multiplictive 100% gain to essence burst proc, doesnt add +100%

(im playing as we speak tryna make evoker work) but in my honest opinion probably the most boring class in the game on live at least and devastation is probably the only somewhat viable spec this class legit died in its on expansion.

Im sorry to hear that. I love it, its interesting, keeps me engaged. Maybe you need to challenge yourself more, maybe its not for you. But many specs to play instead if you don't like it!
