Colin Powell died in October 2021, this was released in 2022 after Michael Powell's grandson was born (they said they found out his DIL was pregnant after that, so let's say ~8 months after, or June 2022) and the video was released in November 2022, so yes, it was filmed recently (rather it was filmed while Biden was in office)
