Rick Rademacher (Alias Grumpy Grandpa) At the time she was built Arizona was the most advanced warship in the US Navy. Unfortunately Arizona was commissioned in the middle of a battleship arms race so the title did not last long. It is nice to see her in her prime. At 'em Arizona! (Ship's motto)

Really happy to see the USS Arizona in action. I have a question what was the airship used for? I also noticed that they did a lot at the D-Day landings

It is a barrage balloon. It's tethered to a cable. The idea is that any attacking aircraft will snag the cable. They didn't "do" anything except just float there in the air.
