@@narasimhamvakkalanka a judge should be impartial to everyone and everything.If the judge is biased against a matter as unimportant as religion. then he isnt fit to be a judge. This isnt about being a hindu or a muslim, this is about serving justice to the people. Imagine if you were born in a muslim family and god hope not, you get entangled with the law due to some reason then there are higher chances that this biased judge will rule his judgement against you even if you arent guilty.
