Here's a couple of things I noticed. NBC specifically titled this Full Exclusive instead of Full Interview to trick people into thinking this was the full interview -sneaky. Second notice how the translator uses a snarky tone of voice for Putin in certain parts of the video to paint him off as arrogant or mean when his actual tone of voice wasnt. Third they tried to minimize using direct angles of Kelly's face to hide the fact that she was extremely uncomfortable. Lastly they cut out good and important info from the original interview to paint NBC's narrative. This is an example of fake news folks.
@HzPjtvHYom49917 жыл бұрын
Josh S Of course they did. That's the first thought I had. These media bodies depend on the ever increasing ignorance of people, and it works with a lot unfortunately. These subtle ques lead misplaced beliefs and perpetuates the very conflict that the media supposedly condemns. Even leftists should find this alarming and downright dangerous, but they gloss over it because it supports their narrative. I'm glad others saw the title for what it was, misguided influence.

They cut quite a lot of the full interview. When Putin said that he has a much closer relation with Megyn Kelly than he has with Michael Flinn, and that after one time sitting next to Putin he got fired, than Megyn should be incarcerated after 2 days of speaking to Putin. lol there were other embarrassing moments which got cut. I saw the full one in Russan

Lissa Alissa thanks for posting. What else did they cut out?
@marijadjuric87517 жыл бұрын
They cut out things like very visible moments of her discomfort and embarrassment, like large lumps in her throat when he spoke about Kennedy, etc.

vuvubean at the end of the conversation she said that all people who she met in Saint-Petersburg agree with the statement that Putin made Russia strong again, so they are thankful and respect him. Then she asked does not he changed after the 17 years of rulling the country. Putin answered that he hopes it does not happened and than he talks a lil bit about the achievements of modern Russia. Finally he mentioned the visit of the Saint-Piter's cemetery with the prime-minister of India where president's Putin older brother was buried with other 400.000 citizens of Leningrad in the years of the second world war. I will never forget it, - he said.- As well as the condition of Russia in the early 90s. He also added that not only the latest achievements but russian culture and great history make russian people proud for their motherland. Excuse me for possible mistakes. I'm from Ukraine.

@LammaNerd Meddling in other countries' elections is bad no matter who does it. Putin's pointing at the US doing it sounds like a justification. And why would he justify such act if he isn't doing it? That's hypocricy on both sides.

It is not a popularity contest. It is serious allegations. Liking or disliking has absolutely nothing to do with it. I am russian, and I do not like him a bit. I love Russia's foreign affairs strategy he's pushing... See the difference? I actually, personally, like Obama more, until he said that americans are exceptional. Little do you know, there was only ONE leader who said his nation is exceptional. It was Hitler. Slippery path to think that way...

This is not the full interview; The ONLY thing the full interview exposed was that Magyn Kelly was not and is not up to the task. Frankly speaking, it was another American embarrassment. All she had were hyperbolic questions with no idea what do afterwards. Scared and unprepared, looked like she winged it.

Not a single yankee in the US would do any better. Putin would make them all look bad. And he did, because he did MANY interviews with US and other western journalists/propagandists and he crushed them all. Hard to make Russia look bad when they got nothing to work with except pathetic stories. Fun fact, US leaders never did interviews with Russian journalists. Pretty obvious why.

As soon as some politician tries to get along better with Russia than constant war threats and sanctions, this politician is accused of being a servant of Moscow. It's the same here in Germany too. This is sickening. You have to be radical Anti-Russia and Pro-Nuclear-War to be seen as a democratic and honest politician. I am beginning to wonder, which countries are the real dictatorships. Russia, or the West.

When Kelly asked about the meetings between the Russian ambassador and the Trump campaign Putin said: 5:51 “There were no meetings. You understand? There were no meetings. When I saw this, my jaw dropped.” When Kelly insisted if there were any kind of meetings, Putin said: 6:01: “I have no idea. I am being completely honest.” In less than 12 seconds, Putin contradicted himself.
