Hilarious to listen to them talk about the 2011 games. I was legitimately watching those back last night. Incredible how much has changed since then. Rich needs to show up to a podcast with a headband & necklace for old times sake. 😂

"Froning has no moral authority to speak on anything. It was so obvious when he tried to derail Fraser's career in CrossFit, which tarnished any credibility he might have to speak seriously on any topic. He's a fraud, and it's proven; just look at how he treated Fraser."

Truly enjoyed the opening conversation. Appreciate you can express your views and allow for those of us that may disagree. I think future such conversations would be even more powerful if those with opposing viewpoints were also included in the room. That would make for an awesome dialogue. Keep up the wonderful work gents!

long time fan here of rich, mayhem, baker too! came here to say please keep doing more stuff like this. such an intelligent, informative, unbiased, real-life discussion on the state our country right now (with added bonuses & banter). I have been in such a state of loneliness, anxiety, depression lately over how people approach things, and how they choose to communicate with others anymore. I'm a cynical dude that puts reality at the forefront, and this episode just resonated with me so much I had to say something. I don't necessarily align or agree with everything you all say (or do as an organization), but I don't think that matters. the things I don't like...I just scroll past, or still listen to hear the viewpoint of something maybe I know NOTHING about (like religion). you don't have to agree with everyone and everything all the time, and often times there is no "right answer"...just education, discussion, listening, understanding, respect. I wish we could embrace that culture more as a society. thanks for this episode and please don't change!

Love this episode, one of my favorites, and i have watched them all, very educational for me, I learn something new all the time. Thanks for all that you do for CrossFit and beyond. I would love to see an episode about faith and how your Mayhem community practices being better Christians. We had communion this past Sunday, and it says EVERYONE has a seat at the table, even the ones who betrayed Jesus. I have family members that I do not agree with who they are voting for and their reason is just because they don't like the other opponent, which is a shallow reason, how can I sit at the same table with them. I am finding very difficult to love everyone

Still can’t accept an AR as an “assault rifle”. Assault is an action. And mag size is irrelevant you can put a high capacity mag in a pistol and that doesn’t make it an assault pistol same as putting a 10 round mag in a AR doesn’t turn it into a rifle.

And yet, i still wonder why Rich has never been to Joe Rogan’s podcast. They could definitely have a solid podcast together. All things aside, like you guys said in the previous podcast, conspiracy theories are not conspiracies but rater facts, so BRCC being a trashy dirty company to its employees hiding behind their “veteran owned” tag is not a conspiracy theory. Homeboys have been nasty, and their coffee sucks 😂

Hirohito (Japan’s emperor at the time) never said that. The Japanese didn’t invade the mainland because it was too much ocean to cross and maintain a fleet large enough to invade. That Hirohito claim originated on Facebook and isn’t true. It’s interesting no one corrected him on that pretty basic fact. Beware of confirmation bias, friends.
