I appreciated the dialog. I love that Rory is taking his time in his research, something that many voters fail to do. One thing I will say -- and this is directed to Angelo. Being a Christian goes beyond just one issue (abortion). Nothing wrong with standing by your beliefs, but no Christian should be silent when it comes to speaking out against injustices committed against others.

As crazy as the estrogen in our water sounds - I worked septic/sewage for 8 years and took some wastewater treatment classes. There’s evidence of NSAIDs in drinking water that CANNOT be removed, is it possible there’s more? Absolutely

I listen to your podcast to hear the other side. I am in the middle and like to get all perspectives. But to say can't be a Christian and vote democrat.. based on what you said because of JUST abortion. I find that a hard line.. for me, everything I am taught as a Christian makes me struggle to vote for Trump. Greed, lying, cheating, stealing, violence.. just always makes me laugh that abortion is the line for people. One issue.. That most of the time... doesn't actually impact YOUR life directly.

I disagree with you, Rich, is probably still the face of CrossFit and certainly the most popular figure in the sport. CrossFit isn’t the NBA basketball or Google, it’s a relatively small organization if 50% of its users cancel their subscriptions a lot of CrossFit gyms are going out of business, they’re already struggling with membership. We all know who he’s voting for, he’s male, against abortion, highly religious, white, and lives in Tennessee. I think we can figure out who he supports and while I may not agree with it, I think it’s completely different if he comes out full force, and says that he supports Donald Trump. Also, there’s a big difference between Rich saying that he supports Donald Trump and LeBron James saying he supports Kamala Harris, LeBron is a billionaire,he isn’t gonna lose fans or cost of NBA anything. Rich has his livelihood and family to worry about.

On the voter ID just to be clear we should have them, but eliminating mail-in ballots on average would eliminate the vote of 500k-750k people you claim to support... the military constantly has to use mail-in ballots.

If someone is a Masters Athlete, 35-50, and has been training in CrossFit style / hybrid and functional fitness since they were say... 20 years old, and doesn't have a better physique than guys who are 18-35 in the Elite division, (That's potentially 15-30 years of strength and fitness training) They're probably doing something wrong, nutritionally or in their approach. I would expect Masters to look better because they've been training longer. Didn't account for school years training in that either. And like Rich says, genetics too. No doubt there are people who take shortcuts, but consistency, nutrition, good programming and adaptation over time is too often overlooked as there's so many people on the juice on social media or YT. A lot of the young guys now in commercial gyms take it as a first instead of last option ( low testosterone or something) . So they assume everyone who is in good or great shape is on something... Maybe need better role models / reference points?

Just throwing this out there. Everyones values hold a different weight to them. Rich being anti abortion because of his faith is just a value that carries a lot of weight for him. I can't say I agree or disagree with him, but different values of different people are going to decide their choice in the election. No reason to judge them or be disappointed in who they "endorse". We all have our own thoughts about how the country should be run and what "freedoms" we should have. I appreciate someone that holds a different value and belief that I have. Its what makes this country great and keeps us all from being mindless robots that conform to a certain government.

Rich Froning has been my favorite athlete for a very long time, I already knew that he was a Christian conservative and that he probably was gonna be voting for Donald Trump. Not a big deal, he lives in Tennessee, he’s a white male who hunts that was a pretty easy one to figure out, but I guess it’s just disappointed to hear his reasoning for choosing Donald Trump. Also to hear him say that his closing message has been brilliant is really disappointing. Well I’m disappointed, I’m not gonna be the one that unsubscribes or anything like that. Separation of Church and State means the government cannot establish a State (government) church or tell established churches what their doctrine can be. You can read Jefferson's letters to the Danbury Baptists that explain what the separation of Church and State means. It has nothing to do with you as an individual making political choices.
