Dude, ME2 Developers did Legion dirty. He has, like, 4 or 5 minutes of screentime and that's it, even if you bring him to the rest of the missions. Anywho, amazing video as always :y

What makes it even worse is they could have easily kept Legion as a squadmate in ME3 by just not having him die when he uploads the Reaper Code, which would also give more weight to the Ranoch decision since saving one race would also mean keeping their respective squadmate, or you could keep both if you save both. Maybe even get Legion as a war asset. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the devs original intent, but they had to write Legion out due to time constraints. Yes, Legions death was a great character moment for both them and Tali, but it was still wasted potential along with how the ME3 writers butchered the Geth's motivations from ME2.

It would have been a lot better if Legion were recruited early and Garrus late like originally planned. Would have helped the whole "drastic threats call for drastic measures" thing ME2 had with working with Cerberus and recruiting criminals and assassins to the team.

IIRC, Harbinger was planning to use the Geth to replace the Keepers as maintainers of the Citadel once the Reaper War ended and the harvest was completed. Unlike the Keepers, who could adapt over time in unpredictable ways, the Geth would be totally reliable caretakers of the Citadel. Given that the Protheans capitalized on the unforeseen adaptation of the Keepers - namely the Keepers responding only to signals broadcast by the Citadel itself rather than those sent by Sovereign - in order to delay the next harvest (and thereby causing the events of Mass Effect 1 to unfold), this makes perfect sense.

Its not THE End - there is continuity. Just changed form. You will never be alone, because you will be connected to others of your species and other Reapers.

I've been watching these since before the Mass Effect tierlists. It's essentially watching a group of friends grow.
