Chances are there's no keyboard at the booth so he was just walking around with this lil' baby seeking for jams, give him a break.

so how does one go about getting one of those Ken Smith Burner's??? is that the bass Ken Smith discontinued and left up to the KSD folks in Korea???some please shed some light. Seems like only Hadrien Feraud has them now

Well said, you. Sangsaratrip's comment did leave me thinking (and I ain't a keyboard player) 'that's just criticism for criticism's sake!'. 'Nothing constructive there'.

You may have a point there sir, or maybe the sound he chose worked well for solo purposes or he just liked out. Dunno.

Wooten had a good run??? Wow, REALLY???? Why are you comparing Victor Wooten and Hadrien anyway?? They both are outstanding musicians, but COMPLETELY different.....

what keybd sound do you want? its easy to criticize any keyboard sound. they really divide people strongly. What sound would you choose? Synth sounds have not changed much since the 90s. there are really no new original "synthetic" sounds. they all are dated. So he chose an 80s fusion sound. suits the playing. Besides synth its piano, rhodes or organ and thats about it. lots of people dont like those sounds either. more classic but dated too. try being a keyboard player. so whats your choice?
