here's another thing to learn about. Their are more than one doomguy. the original doom guy was "Doom Marine" a jackass who punch his CO and got sent to guard a military base where he end up fighting hell. 2016 Doom this Doom is "Doom Slayer" and he was a Nightingale (knights) that suppose to protect his home along with his other knights but he end up turning traitor and allow hell to invade his home in exchange to bring his dead son back to life. Hell didn't keep their promise as they invade his home, killed the Nightingales(Knights) and turn his dead son into a demon. In a fit of rage Doom Slayer jump in hell fighting for Eons against the demons where he kill the Titan and gotten his suit of armor made from hell and gifted exhaustible strength by an angel. However Doomslayer was finally stopped and encased in a tomb where he laid tortured for another thousand years before being uncovered by people wandering in hell.
