Pressure Cooker Desi Macaroni ! Sirf 1 Seeti mein perfect pasta at home with

I am using @stahl_india ‘s XPress Cooker. It is a stainless steel tri ply cooker. Very safe & reliable. Ingredients - 2 tsp Oil 1 tbsp Butter 5 to 6 Cloves Of Garlic 1 Green Chilli 1 Small Onion 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder 1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder 2 Tomatoes 1 Bowl of veggies (Carrots, Beans , Sweet Corn, Bell Peppers ) Salt , Pepper , Chilli Flakes & Oregano 1 tbsp Ketchup 1 Cup Macaroni 1.5 cups Water 2 cubes of cheese (you can also add cheese slice) Garnish with cheese & fresh herbs 🌟 Vishesh Tippani - Do not over cook the macaroni. You need just 1 whistle & then let the pressure release naturally. - You can add a little more water later if you want it saucier

Actually wen the pasta is boiled and strained the starch in it gets washed n removed which is important.. I used to cook your shown way many years back then someone guided me not to do so as it is unhealthy this way.. so just sharing with u😊

not really, infact almost all pasta recipes ask to preserve the pasta water which is added in the sauce later.
