Very good and convenient to make, quick recipe, not only for kid's tiffin, but also for senior citizens living alone. Especially those who have difficulty chewing food. I usually have magi ka packaged cheese corn macaroni pasta, which is non-spicy. Like Ishaan, I can't have spicy food at all. Your recipe is a welcome version, an Indian one, with a videshi touch of cheese & butter. I can add veggies too, to make it a complete meal. Standing time in the kitchen will also be reduced because not much stirring will be required. My ankles will get some relief. I am a vegetarian, but I think roundels of boiled eggs placed on top of the pasta in the tiffin box, would appear very attractive to kids. Nutritious too.😊
