You can slow cook these beef short ribs in a Dutch oven if you like. Just brown them on the stovetop then cover the pot and cook in the oven at 325 degrees for about 4 hours or until tender.

sweetsavant when you sauté for 10 mins is the lid open and then close it to air fry it.. should I add beef stock and Marsala wine ?

Oh my gosh! I love you so much! I am in SE Louisiana and it's 9 pm and the heat index has gone from 104 to 91. Very frustrated with all the NEW FOR FALL RECIPES!!! But this one is different. This looks so amazing! Delicious! I so want it now!!!! Can you please give us your smashed potatoes recipe? I hate overly smooth potatoes.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the video. I can eat short ribs year round, no matter how hot it is. For the smashed potatoes I covered about a pound and a half of cut Yukon gold potatoes with salted water and boiled them until tender. Then drained them and poured in cream and butter and smashed them till I got the consistency I wanted. That's not really a full recipe but you get the idea
