I'm like James, I pressure ferment everything! When I need to dry hop, I use a sanitized stainless steel dry hop tube. I don't sweat the risk of oxidation and, so far, (knock on wood) it hasn't affected the taste. Enjoy the show in Denver and have a safe trip home.

I have heard of people dry hopping in pressure vessals using a muslin bag and coated magnets they sell. People put the hops and one magnet in the bag. Place it in the fermentation vessel above the beer held by a magnet on the outside of the fermenter. Wjen they are read to dry hop, they pull the magnet off the outside and the bag with the hops falls into the beer dry hopping it. Again i have not done it myself but have heard it works great.

I have the latest fermzilla and decided to get that hop bong to do dry hopping when pressure fermenting. Unnecessary? Sure, but I had money to burn and a dream in my heart.
