More for ethanol id say. If it was jacketed you could do it for bho potentially but if you wanna spend the money for bho extraction just buy a crc set up

@Jimme This system filters particulates, fats, and lipids from an ethanol solution. Similar to a PIG Filter system. This unit does not have adequate gasket seals for BHO. Other dewaxing practices are used with a Hydrocarbon system.

Can it filter slurry?

The PFS can filter a slurry. The slurry must have a particle size lower than the pump's intake. Less than 2000µm.
