I've liked GON since he took over but something is very, very wrong. I'd love for him to get this turned around and move us forward but I am not very faithful that he can do it. He doesn't look like a man in control or a man that believes that we will win games. The players seem to picking up on that too because defensively, we are like headless chickens just kinda running around aimlessly and not holding any sort of shape.

As I said after the Liverpool game, this is the worst team in the league. I have never seen such a poor defence and there is no organization, that is why Gary has to go. The midfield and attack are good enough to get mid-table, and a decent manager can do something with this team, look at Brighton and Bournemouth, there is always a manager out there. If GON is staying, we are going down, simple.

There'll be so many "burn it all down" comments. All hyperbolic and pointless. This was the match which "happy clappers", like myself, had backed for our opinion's redemption. And yes, I was expecting a rousing, determined and organised performance that would take the match by the scruff of the neck. I thought there was a team spirit togetherness that would carry us to a first win. Well that didn't happen, did it? I was in Sweden at the Hammarby-Halmstad match and was utterly aghast to hear us go one down immediately and then to go on to concede FOUR goals in the first half was atrocious. Ok, so the social media Wolves bashers best decide which they think are to blame - Fosun, O'Neil, the players? All of them they'll uselessly reply - uselessly because the only one of those that COULD possibly change is O'Neil. So decide, should O'Neil go? Would that help? Just wondering, how many points did people actually think we would have on the board after 7 games and particularly after the first 9, given the fixtures? If we get something from the next two games (long shot) we might be on 4 - 5 points (miracle) but to be honest that wouldn't be too far off my prediction of 6 (9 with a decent run) at the start of the season. Just sayin'. Alright, maybe I should probably go back on the medication.

Points were there for the taking against a chaotic Chelsea, playing Newcastle and Villa when both were struggling for form, and a Brentford team who theoretically have a squad at the same level or worse as us. The fixture list is just a red herring of an excuse.

The self-pitying whining from O'Neil and now Lemina (who had a poor, sloppy game and was directly involved in conceding two goals) is very telling regarding the weakness at the heart of the club right now. O'Neil comes over as mentally weak as a leader. In thrall to his senior players, and afraid to select on performance rather than status and reputation. I'm glad you've called out the fixture list excuse for what it is - just an excuse. But I reckon it's affected the mentality and preparedness of the team to fight for every point. Good points about utilising Doyle more, it's a no-brainer. I'm also bewildered as to why S. Bueno was dropped after having a good game against Liverpool, it made no sense. I think you are barking up the wrong tree about Whang. The problem there is that Whang is completely out of sorts and is having no impact as a sub or starter. Guedes has just looked brighter and more likely to have an impact on current performances. On a final point, Lopetegui was spot on regarding the problems with managing Wolves under the Fosun business model. Their approach won't help when trying to find a replacement for O'Neil. I don't think Moyes would be a good choice in regard to the current group of international players we have.

GoN is the manager until Jan . Get the F over it . Who are you going to replace him with at this point . Right now it's a poisoned chalice that NO ONE will want . Also go read the interview with Lemina in the Express and Star . The players are all as much responsible for this run as GoN . Fosun and Chi are responsible for the lack of investment which is now really coming to roost . We are 7 games in . Man City will suck . Brighton will be tough . After that ??? Call me in January and see where we are then .
