who is dave ? I thought he might be a plumber but he would busted that out himself might as well expand your services no reason to cheap out on code issues coulda sold them an expansion tank too (it should have one ) i mean if it starts dripping again youll have what 6 trips out ? thermal expansion is a thing a lot of times Tandp only will drip when water heater kicks oin and runs without a faucet opening mid cycle of heat . tons of houses dont have expansion tanks but that dosent mean they have no purpose

@@jeffreyplumber1975 : yeah so Dave hired me to do some soldering out there for him when he installed the water heater that’s who he is then he had problems with the temperature pressure relief valve leaking and he changed it 4 to 5 times. That’s when I told him that it was probably excessive water pressure so it’s really his job not mine. I was just doing some of the work for him, but yeah, good ideas. Upselling is great. A lot of the people that I work for though because they are buying used water heaters, aren’t really in a financial position to be upsold.

@@thewaterheaterfactory thats cool so you got the repairs down, and you are better at the installs there are guys that really kick ass on installs and do it all to code nothing but water heaters and fast some good you tubers too to learn from you are tops for repairs !

What a shit show you should have bought the exact same regulator and you would have been out of there in 10 minutes

@@charlescoates5761 oh I agree that’s what I kept telling Dave he was supposed to supply the pressure regulator. I said buy the exact same one so we got one that looked close to it anyway thanks for watching. Appreciate it.
