Very educational to take things apart like that,you learn more than any books or manuals,it is very theraputic to see you chisel out those windings,way to go Bert thanks for the tutorial.

You made more money by tearing that down then if you just took it in as is. I enjoy watching your channel you make it very educational but yet enjoyable. I hope you have a blessed Sunday. I look forward to seeing more of your videos.

great video, I love it when you share with us individual prices. That comment at the end too was a really smart reminder. Could save about 40 minutes of work if you wanted to just take the brass off. Five minutes to make 7 dollars , compared to 40 extra minutes of work to make the extra 7 dollars from the complete breakdown.

Thanks Bert . . .your showing me for they few minutes it takes in the end . . .it does double the value. . .great video I ll be breaking stuff down alot more

We invested in a ryobi fan, thanks for sharing yours with us. We had to drive 40 miles to a home depot. Didn't read on the box that the battery and charger wasn't included. I ordered them off Amazon. I could have ordered all the damn stuff off Amazon! Lol But we enjoyed the drive and we did stop and eat at Popeyes chicken, best chicken in Indiana! You never know when the power might go out! Or we might go on a picnic or fishing now. Lol You put out great videos, we really enjoy them!

Interesting watched so many strip down motors etc for metals. Wasn't great return but if things quiet to hot to work also all them extra few bucks add up better in your pocket than the yard. Cheers thanks from lreland👍🇮🇪☘

You're right, it's a good learning experience for kids to take things apart.They can learn about tools and how to use them! I get confused about copper. There are always so many different "labels " listed next to the various copper items we take in. Examples: CU #2 Tubing or CU #1 Tubing- what is that?
@ScrapFarm5 жыл бұрын
Number two will have contaminants like paint or solder number one would be perfectly clean and shiny doesn't have to be shiny but has to be clean of other materials and contaminants like paint and solder

Probably wouldnt be worth it if you were just scrapping the one piece. But, with all your other stuff, you can add it to it and Im sure when you do this to multiple items, it adds up quick! Ive learned (with my scrap yard prices) whats worth tearing apart and whats not. But, I dont scrap on the level you do. Love the vids!
