The twinkle of birdsong, dappled light, the pur of a honda, and the splash of city water on soft wood...a nice way to spend the day. Nice boots, who made them?

I need you to write my descriptions 😆 The boots are made by Keen. Wide toe box and I have walked about 15 miles in them this week. They get my seal of approval.

Sewing machine repair was great to learn from. Spraying a deck is less.

I have spent the last 6 months building a bathroom in my house and just getting back into making videos. I try to keep a variety going but I still love working with sewing machines. Any requests?

@@AlexanderDyerI would love a video about the different types of industrial sewing machine beds. (Cylindrical, post, etc)

@@AlexanderDyer Do whatever you want... as far as specific requests, I suspect a lot of people would like to make nice seat covers for their car (all of the made in China stuff is junk), or learn how to make a copy of a garment they like (or something unique, like pants or jacket with an integrated holster pocket).

Yeah here’s a request, the hook of my Pfaff 463 has a rectangular hole in the raceway. When I took it apart to clean it had threads packed in, and behind that what appeared to be felt, but could have been lint as well. Is there supposed to be felt in there? I know the thread should not be, but I can see felt as an oil wick. Can’t find anything about this small feature anywhere online. Thought I would ask an expert.

You do need a change of pace once in awhile. Moving electric fence for the goats today. Enjoy your deck

That's a beautiful deck, and it gives me an idea for a contrasting two-tone design, using something like yellow pine and walnut, mahogany or red cedar. Also, I think I just invented a fence that operates like louvre blinds.

First, not an expert lol. This is a self taught hobby. I am inclined to think that was lent. The hook needs just a drop or two on that raceway and it is good. Thanks for the vote of confidence and good job keeping the 463 running.

Just soak the deck with some diluted Clorox, wait and do what you did. It will go a lot quicker. Also less damage to the wood….
