So yummy, and I bet your kitchen smelled wonderful while they were roasting. I would add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar before serving. So many uses for leftovers, if there are any. Might do some up this weekend and freeze leftovers for easy side dishes during the week. Thanks for a true comforting food video.

I’m a full time carer for my wife and I find it difficult to get her to eat one of her 5 a day, I’ll try this recipe and see if this will get her to enjoy her veggies. Wish me luck. Thanks for the video Lisa keep them coming x.

I love this recipe so easy and delicious and lots of veg! Your a good man for taking care of your wife! Maybe try a cheese. sauce on steamed broccoli-she may. like it. Also. when you make a meatloaf you can add pepper, carrot, mushrooms just chop them fine or process in a food processor and add it to the mix. Omelette with spinach and mushrooms and of course cheese. Just a few ideas. Thanks Jim!

Nice. Not so many people give the attention on how to cook these root vegetables on these air frying appliances. Just the same chicken wings/french fries recipes🙄🙄

I just got my Foodi Deluxe yesterday and am going to try Filet Medallions, with potatoes, carrots, green beans, and make a mushroom and shallot gravy with the steak drippings. Any recommendations on how to best tackle this meal? I'm terrified of this machine, but so in love! Help! Anyone! I want to make a super great meal for hubbs, as he is the one who got this for me as my Valentine's day gift!
@pressurecrisp5 жыл бұрын
Super gift! Kudos to hubs! Hmmmm..... The filet I would broil-hottest temp. What type of potatoes? roasted, baked? The carrots and potatoes you can roast together make them the same size or there about. the green beans will cook much quicker. the green beans you can air crisp or roast depending on how you like them cooked-i like mine with still a little crunch-so. for me 5-8 minutes roasted. Of course cook the steak. last-remove let rest then use sear/saute to make the gravy.-you could brown the mushrooms first then make the gravy. This can all be done in the Foodi in stages. Or you can use your stove top to bring it together quicker. Hope this helps carrie Henry!

If I want to do this to roast tomatoes, garlic and onion for a soup, what temperature and time should I choose?
@pressurecrisp3 жыл бұрын
If large tomatoes 375f. And I just watch veg until I like the way of looks- depends on color you want and if tomatoes are roasted all the way through.

Lisa I was going to ask you if you used different camera to film this episode but I could tell by the reflection in the Foodi that it was the same phone, the picturer seemed so vibrant today! I am going to try this in my Foodi as your vegetables looked so deliciously gorgeous.

It’s the iphone11 much better video and pics. But I have to pull the plug and get a camera. Just so hard to choose one. Thanks David! It amazes me how you can take root vegetables and make them so delicious!

Peel and cut the onions near an open flame to draw the fumes off and save your eyes . A candle or the range either works

Can this be cooked in a regular oven?
@pressurecrisp4 жыл бұрын
Ys Usually roast it at 375F or 400F depending on the size of the veggies and usually takes around n hour but its all size dependent. Thanks Alfreda!

Is there a way to do this quicker than an hour?
@pressurecrisp4 жыл бұрын
Only way is to cut into smaller pieces. Not sure if PC then AC would be quicker. Thanks HD BnB!
