What a blog, fantastic, great shots, great fishing. A quick question, in your opinion does it matter if you have a usual ‘ standard sized landing net head for carp or do you need a 36 / 42 inch ? As you landed those carp no problem.

I've got to say I real think preston are just getting it so right at the moment with there pricing of products the ignition and monster carp rods are so affordable and so good and the inertia and magnitude reels perfect pricing for quality products. Even the superium poles I know there not cheap by any stretch of the imagination but there real quality products for the price 👌 well done preston keep it up and the competition will be struggling to keep up

Not only Poles eat carp. Many other nationalities eat them as well but mostly as a christmas dish. It's a very old tradition, not like a fish and chips 😅 Don't forget...."Common Carp may have been introduced into Britain during the Roman occupation, between 43AD to 410AD, from Asia as a food source..."
