Hi Joe, here in New Zealand we can only use a rod with a running line. Can paste be used on an ordinary rod. Thanks for your Help.

Paste can be used on a rod and line, the only issue you may have is casting it out. You will need to make sure the paste is firm and sticky

Paste fishing is a method Ive yet to try… always looked at it as messy and being worried the baits still on the hook. Watch you has made it look simple…maybe give it a try in summer months… thanks for another great video Preston 💚🤍💙
