User-x3. The prophecied remnant return or "back in the land" concept is the foundation of the modern day "Israel". The largest problem with this, is that it doesn't match any of the accounts in Scripture, such as Isaiah 2, 11, 35, 43, and 60, Zechariah 2 and 10, Zephaniah 3, Micah 7:15, Amos 9, Joel 3, Matthew 24:30-31, Mark 13, Luke 17 and 21, and Revelation 20. All of these passages refer to Christians, and say "saints", "elect", etc. New covenant believers. Isaiah 43 and Mark 13 refer to how believers come from all 4 directions for this supernatural gathering.

Naaodey7896, the were Jews, as in circumcised, but when a person becomes a Christian, following Christ replaces former ideologies. We don't say that someone is a Christian Muslim or a Christian Hindu. Messianic Jew is a misnomer to get Christians to worship the whole scam. Judaism is an ideology, not an ethnicity. It is weaponised as an ethnicity, but Der Judenstaat, and all of the other works of the Zionist Congress who founded Israel, make it clear that anyone who calls themselves a "Jew" is a follower and promoter of the Zohar. Ben Shapiro gave an angry short speach about how it has to be just an ideology. Today, it is mostly Japhetic people, but the narratives sell the project to Americans claiming some type of Abrahamic connection. If you read the Zohar, you can see how the Babylonians stole Abraham's identity and used it perversely for pagan and occultic humanism. Throughout the middle ages, most Abrahamic peoples turned to Islam, and are still there today, being wiped-out by Japhites that are as white as I am. Abraham would never stand for that, and He will be coming with The Lord at His return after the scam is a smoking ruin. On your show the other day, I loved the quote from your guest "we await the new Israel, we don't create it." While I pray for peace for Israel, my understanding of the Israel we await is it comes down from the sky as the book of Revelation says when it describes the return of Christ. As well, this new Israel is a place for both Jew and Gentile as through Christ we become Abraham's seed. I find it fascinating that Christians think they can tempt Christ into returning sooner by trying to fulfill the interpretations of prophecy through the mind of John Nelson Darby. I wonder one day as the tribulation plays out and believers aren't swept away in a rapture if this teaching will cause people to lose faith. After all, multiple times in scripture, Jesus himself says the non-believers will be swept away and the believers are the ones in the end who are left behind to celebrate with their King.

Now Joshua had defeated at least 10 Canaanite kings by this time and battled the foes of Israel the foes of God right up to Gaza. Note, right up to Gaza. Joshua never defeats Gaza. Neither do the Judges, nor do the Kings. Gaza is not conquered by Israel. So if any Christian claimed Gaza belongs to Israel, tell them we have 5000 years of recorded history screaming the opposite. The dividing lines of this debate are a lack of scholarship, a lack of moral objectivity, and a lack of love for our neighbor as ourselves.

Thank you both for a very enlightening conversation. From it I have found 2 very basic truths (1) The overall story of both the old and new covenants is the restoration of God's plan for his creation. We should be evaluating all of Scripture back to that fundamental truth. Genesis 1,2 describes creation as the building of a temple and the creation of the care taker of that temple as one who is created in the image and likeness of the creator. Genesis 3 then tells why God's plan goes astray because the care taker decided that he was equal to the creator and that ended the natural relationship between creator and care giver (which we describe as the sin of Adam). The rest of scripture is about the restoration of that relationship which is finally described in the Revelation to John in chapter 21. Truth #2 (for me) is the rebuilding of the temple is the temple of the Holy Spirit inside each one of us as we are encouraged to live into the likeness of the Image that we were created in order to reclaim our original vocation as care givers. all the rest are details of that story.

Great discussion, though it would have been interesting to hear responses to the other side of the question: do Christians have an obligation to support Palestinian state-hood and their right to defend their homeland. It seems that when people lay claim to Christ, the NT is clear: claims to land rights are superseded by Christ's claim on the believer, since the believer now has a "better & lasting possession" (Hebrews 10:34). Being dispossessed of land is better than being unfaithful to Christ's call to love enemies, overcome evil w/ good, & bless not curse. From Christ's perspective, both Israeli & Palestinian need his New Covenant to transform their mindset.
@monab2710 ай бұрын
Christians should stand up for justice, is it just to be forcefully expelled from, confiscate and demolish your home, your farm land, your sources of water and livelihood just because you are a Palestinian.. By the way, Israel has forcefully expelled the Palestinian Christians as well as the Mulisms. So for all those, who try to explain the root cause of this conflict as age old religious between jews and Muslims it is not. They (the european colonial settler zionist) wanted to clear out the land from its natives. So this conflict is not ancient, it started at the turn of the 1900's and the events that led to the establishment of IL by the UN. The zionists displayed the Palestinian natives of the land regardless of their religion. Both Palestinian Muslims as well as the Palestinian Christians were expelled and dispossessed..and well as got their own Palestinian jewish communities,and jews from the wider middle east displaced and brought them to the newly established (illegal) state. Ezekiel 38 shows Gog of Magog coming against a different Israel "dwelling without walls, bars, or gates", and Revelation says that He comes against "the camp of the saints", so at least 1003.5 years from now. For what is there before the camp of the saints and the time, times, and an half, see Daniel 7:25-28. Sounds like the Austrian who named himself "given by god" Netan Yahu. Granted it was Nathaniel who did the self-aggrandizement for the rebranding effort. Daniel 7:25-28 KJV - 25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. 26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end. 27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. 28 Hitherto is the end of the matter. Why did God allow the Romans to destroy the Old Covenant temple and the Old Covenant city, about 40 years after His Son fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 in blood at Calvary? What the modern Church needs is a New Covenant Revival (Heb. 9:10) in which members of various denominations are willing to re-examine everything they believe and see if it agrees with the Bible, instead of the traditions of men. We need to be like the Bereans. It will be a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit. It will not be easy. If you get mad and upset when someone challenges your man-made Bible doctrines, that is your flesh resisting the truth found in God's Word. Nobody can completely understand the Bible unless they understand the relationship between the Old Covenant given to Moses at Mount Sinai and the New Covenant fulfilled in blood at Calvary. God is not now a “racist”. He has extended His love to all races of people through the New Covenant fulfilled by His Son’s blood at Calvary. The Apostle Paul warned against using “genealogies” in our faith in 1 Tim. 1:4, and Titus 3:9. What brings all local churches together into one Body under the blood of Christ? The answer is found below. Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? What did Paul say about Genesis 12:3 in Galatians 3:8, 3:16? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. 1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. The following verses prove the Holy Spirit is the master teacher for those now in the New Covenant. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Mar 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Act 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. 1Co 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. Dispensationalism is a failure that makes out the Nazarene to be a failure, and therefore God has to send the "proper" Messiah and hence, that ridiculous theology makes theChrist rejecters right after all, after 2000 years, and even God was wrong with Jesus, the first time. I toss all that back into the sulfur pit it comes from. Hal Lindsey and Haggee and so many others have done a lot of damage.

I struggle with this one. Yes, God gave Abraham the land from the Euphrates to the Mediterranean, and Abraham was the father of both the Jews and the Arabs (Ishmael). However, the promise was through Isaac and then Jacob, and to both, God repeated His promise of the land. Modern Israel exists on less than 1/10 of the land God gave to Abraham. So some of this just doesn't seem to be accurate.

During my escape, I reacted vigorously towards, "Christian", then Crusader mentality, which merged completely with Zionist mentality. Learning how to think again. So now I can't understand how, "Christians", and, "Jews" can believe themselves to oppose the, "God" that Jews believe in, who is also supposed to have exiled, "the", Jews, from the land, that's been Occupied by imitation Jews for 75 + years. BUT W O R S E than that, isn't the Messiah, supposed to be preceded by an imitation Messiah, so does that mean those supporting Red Heifer sacrifice are actually devotees of the "Anti-Christ", and does all that seem like a script from a, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", where devotees of a demon, try to summon some entity instead of waiting patiently like they're required to, and lead the world to the edge of destruction ?

Matthew 21:42-46 [42] Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: “‘The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’? [43] Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people producing its fruits. [44] And the one who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; and when it falls on anyone, it will crush him.” [45] When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard his parables, they perceived that he was speaking about them. [46] And although they were seeking to arrest him, they feared the crowds, because they held him to be a prophet.

One of the most powerful verses in the New Testament. A verdict upon the Pharisees, and they knew it. They would be destroyed. The Stone was set to crush them. What the rabbis did after the temple fell and the Stone crushed the Pharisee sect should be of no concern to us. We should not bless such a system, for St John warns that those who do, God will require it. 2 John 7-11

Ezekiel 36 demonstrates a land promise from God that is not dependant on obedience and faith - quite the opposite, actually: “Therefore say to the Israelites, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: It is not for your sake, people of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you have gone. I will show the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, the name you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Sovereign Lord, when I am proved holy through you before their eyes. “‘For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land. I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. Then you will live in the land I gave your ancestors; you will be my people, and I will be your God. I will save you from all your uncleanness. I will call for the grain and make it plentiful and will not bring famine upon you. I will increase the fruit of the trees and the crops of the field, so that you will no longer suffer disgrace among the nations because of famine. Then you will remember your evil ways and wicked deeds, and you will loathe yourselves for your sins and detestable practices. I want you to know that I am not doing this for your sake, declares the Sovereign Lord. Be ashamed and disgraced for your conduct, people of Israel! “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: On the day I cleanse you from all your sins, I will resettle your towns, and the ruins will be rebuilt. The desolate land will be cultivated instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass through it. They will say, “This land that was laid waste has become like the garden of Eden; the cities that were lying in ruins, desolate and destroyed, are now fortified and inhabited.” Then the nations around you that remain will know that I the Lord have rebuilt what was destroyed and have replanted what was desolate. I the Lord have spoken, and I will do it.’ Restoration to the land from a multi-nation diaspora precedes spiritual renewal.

That portion is not an exhaustive study of this time period, which Isaiah also talks about in various places giving more info and of course the entire NT provides more of the details of attaining citizenship (faith in Christ). This portion would fit into the millennial kingdom when those in the kingdom, after the first resurrection, are sent out into the remnant nations as priests of Melchizedek (Christ), going to and fro and teaching and increasing knowledge as Daniel also describes it but these things were sealed from his understanding. We need to understand the context in light of the full revelation of all scripture and Christ’s teachings (you must be spiritually reborn to see the kingdom of God). Revelation is also a great help to clear up many of the mysteries in the Tanakh, which was its purpose with the unsealing of the scroll.

Ezekiel 38 says that they are dwelling "without walls, bars, or gates", when Gog of Magog comes. Revelation 20 says that it is the "camp of the saints" against which Gog of Magog comes after the 1000 year millennial reign with Satan locked in the pit. If you are claiming Ezekiel 36-38 as this one, you are at least 1003.5 years off. The current one matches Ezekiel 8-9 man in linen, Daniel 7 (tells the story 3 times) the dominion exists up until the time, times, and an half, Daniel 12 the man in linen says that it requires the time, times, and an half "to scatter".

Jesus is the Israel of God (Exodus 4:22, Hosea 11:1) Because of this, the gentiles who believe in Christ are now citizens of Israel (Ephesian 2:11-13, 19) Just because someone is a physical descendant of Abraham does not mean they are of Israel (Romans 9:6-8) Jesus told the Jews who didn't believe in him that they were not of God, Nor Abraham, but of their father the devil (John 8: 39-47) The things we saw in the old testament were just shadows of the realities we live in now (Hebrews 10:1) The realities are found in Christ (Colossians 2:16-17)

Yes, at His return. He returns with all the saints of heaven. See also Mark 13, Matthew 24:31-31, Isaiah 2, 11, 35, 43, 60, Zechariah 2 and 10, Amos 9, Ezekiel 37-38 (dwelling without walls, bars, or gates), Revelation 20 (camp of the saints). These passages all show Christians, not Japhetic Europeans pretending to be "Jews" building something before Christ's return. For that one, look at the preceeding passages to the ones that I gave. Also Daniel 7:25-28, Daniel 12, Ezekiel 9. These show that it only exists up until the "time, times, and an half" (teibulation), and is destroyed by the man in linen (sounds like Michael), and 5 earthly leaders. Christ's 2nd formation of Israel is the only one in Scripture, after the first one which was the coming out of Egypt. Isaiah 11 details both, both with a parting of the Red Sea.

I believe the Bible. Have you read the Bible. It's the go to book for all who call themselves Christians. I believe God and He says this is His land and He gives it to whom He has given it. I hope this is what all Christians no matter where they live or their ethnicity. The history of the Holy land did not begin in the last 500 or even a thousand years. There was no colonialism. The Jews were returned to the land G❤od promised to them. God took the Jews from Egypt into that land. Through their own disobedience, they were exiled out of the land. Archaeology is discovering the truth of this land and it's supporting the biblical narrative. Jerusalem is the city of three religions: Judaism, Christinanity and Islam. If people did not teach their kids to hate one another there could be peace. I now know there will be real peace until the Prince of Peace, Yeshua Hamashiach (Jesus Christ) returns. I read the end of the story 😉

The same goes for the English when they criticize what Israel did to the Palestinians in forcing them into Gaza, they (the Brits) murdered a quarter of the Boer population (women and children and the elderly) by forcing them into concentration camps from 1899 to 1902. Hypocrisy abounds in the West. And, oh yes, the Americans forced their Indigenous population into Reservations.......politics is a dirty game and people living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. The fact that Paul says Gentile believers become children of Abraham does not mean that the Jews are kicked out. Paul explained this in Romans 11. But the problem here is that people have to be able to hold more than one thing in their head at a time: Gentiles are the people of God; Jews are the people of God. When Christ stated in John 10:16 that the Gentiles would become part of the one flock, there was zero statement from Christ that the Jews would be excluded. But if you are from an anti-Jew traditional religion like Catholicism and its follow-groups, it's easy to continue the medieval beatdown. It also make you a popular Democrat. God has not forgotten his people whom He foreknew; makes zero sense if you are saying that He is talking about the Gentiles. So let's do science! Read Romans 11 and after determining in verse 1 that Paul is talking about . . . wait for it . . . the Jews . . .substitute "The Church" for every noun and pronoun that refers back to the Israel antecedent in verse 1. After you get done laughing at yourself, realize that when All Israel is saved at the end of the age, they will get saved just like everybody else in the people of God. Denying Israel's place on the basis of somebody said that the Jews wouldn't have to get saved is simply throwing in a red herring to goof the discussion Paul is making. All Israel will be saved; that means we will be saved as well who trust in Him. It means: "The gifts and calling of God are irrevocable." Stop shameful race-baiting and burning strawmen like the scarecrow allegation that the Jews are going to kill everybody in Gaza (a base low lie). There is judgment for all the Jew-haters.
@meecha5921 күн бұрын
except the Jews are killing everyone in Gaza and they are boasting about it on tiktok...but you ere anyway. Jews are NOT people of God.Jews follow judaism...an antichrist religion denying the father and the son. Paul says he LEFT Judaism Galatians 1:13. Jesus opposed the Jews ..just re read Johns Gospel. Jew is a religious category and Judaism rejects Moses and the Prophets replacing them (replacement theology) with pil pol...unending neurotic arguments between rabbis about kosher fridges and all such nonsense. So we are not laughing at anyone but You un judaise yourself. BTW I can't find "jew" in Rom 11???As for your first sentence. Jews are kicked out. Thats why they need the gospel. Without the gospel they are still in Judaism. If you are not in the Church you are not in Christ. Neither Jew or Gentile are the people of God. Israel is the people of God and Ephesians 1 and 2 explain it thus. Gentiles join the commonwealth of Israel.

With all due respect I think Dr. Burge is wrong on his thesis implying that the land does not still belong to Israel. I'll admit when I first heard his arguments I was nearly convinced myself but upon further study I do not think they line up with the whole scope of scripture. Essentially his arguments are: #1 First 'Olam/everlasting doesn't actually mean forever.' I disagree, when you look at the meaning of the Word Olam the Psalm's even describes God as an Olam(everlasting) other meanings are permanent, continual, perpetual. Even if the word doesn't mean eternity there is no indication that the promise to Abraham in 17:8 ever had a time stamp on it. The promise of the land being an everlasting possession to Abrahams descendants is reiterated numerous times to the Israelites after him. #2 The second argument he uses is 'The land was always conditional on their obedience.' There is a lot of truth to this statement when we read the Bible because we see them expelled from the land when they are disobedient, however this is not the full picture. The Mosiac covenant had blessings and curses for the obedience or disobedience of the people of Israel, however this did not undo the Abrahamic covenant that the land would be promised to his descendants as an everlasting possession. Also Ezekiel states that the Lord returning them from the land is actually NOT because of ISRAELS OBEDIENCE but for the sake of THE LORDS HOLY NAME. (Ezekiel 11:14-20, 20:39-44, 36:16-38) One example: 22 “Therefore say to the Israelites, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: It is not for your sake, people of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you have gone. 23 I will show the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, the name you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Sovereign Lord, when I am proved holy through you before their eyes." Ezekiel 36:22-23 The whole book of Ezekiel could essentially be a promise of punishment for disobedience but a promise of restoration and an eternal restoration for the sake of Gods name in being faithful to his Covenant. #3 Third argument is that the return is talking about the return from Babylon. Once again I think there is truth in this statement but it is not the full picture. Old Testament and End times prophecies can be difficult to decipher because some fulfillments are in immediate future and some are in distant future. The reason I believe this doesn't pertain to only the return of Babylon is because there are many end times statements and or things that have not happened yet such as God putting a "new spirit in them" (Ezekiel 36). Jeremiah talks about the Lord "destroying the nations I scatter you to" that clearly hasn't happened yet either. Another place in Ezekiel 36:15 mentions that Israel will no longer hear the taunts of the nations anymore...that also is yet to be fulfilled. There are numerous others that indicate there will be a future return where the Israelites will never be uprooted again and God will set up his kingdom fully upon the earth. #4 Lastly, he says that Christ has come to fulfill the law and therefore it is all about Christ and his kingdom not land. I fully agree that the primary focus of the church is the promotion of the Gospel and his kingdom in all things. However that being said, God can do more than one thing. He can fulfill his promise to Abraham by making his descendants a blessing to all nations because salvation comes from the Jews, while also fulfilling his promise that the land is an "everlasting possession to his descendants." Isaiah 49:6 says: he says: “It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.” This is all true and good news but just because God's salvation goes beyond the Jewish people to the ends of the earth does not mean that his promises to them are undone because he did something greater than they could imagine. Romans 11:28-29 states "As far as the gospel is concerned, they are enemies for your sake; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs, 29 for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable." God's call on Israel is irrevocable! Jeremiah 31:35-36 says This is what the Lord says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar- the Lord Almighty is his name: 36 “Only if these decrees vanish from my sight,” declares the Lord, “will Israel ever cease being a nation before me.” To summarize, we undoubtedly need to show Christ love to both Jew and Palestinian, for let's remember Jesus first revealed himself as Messiah to a Samaritan woman who was considered immoral. God's love is far greater than we can imagine. That being said let's not disregard God's promises to the people of Israel. This does not condone every governmental action, but let's be aware that the enemy has real plan to try to destroy the people of Israel and is actively working and trying to deceive people in order to do so.

Ethan, the Europeans named it Israel. I could name the parking lot of my shop Israel, and sell tickets. Does that make this the much-anticipated 2nd formation of Israel that is prophecied in Isaiah 11, 43 (comes from all four points) and 60, as well as Zechariah 10, Micah 7:15, Zephaniah 3, Ezekiel 37-38 (dwelling without walls, bars, or gates), Amos 9, Matthew 24, Mark 13 (from all four directions), Acts 17 and 21, and Revelation 20 (camp of the saints-millennial reign). In all OT and NT accounts, Christ is in the midst, doing the gathering Himself. Isaiah 11 shows (very clearly) both formations of Israel by God. The man-made holy lands that pop up every couple hundred years, don't do anything that the Biblical accounts of the remnant return show. If you read preceeding chapters to the chapters of the gathering/remnant return, most tell the fate of the prior entity, as well as Daniel 7:25-28, Daniel 12, and Ezekiel 9.

Can anyone catch what he says at 23:24? "He says sons Am I right? "He says sons outright?" Thanks

It's always been a remnant. All prophesies about Israel were fulfilled in Messiah Jesus including the land promise which in NT is universal. The knowledge of the Lord will cover the whole earth. Many claim that the modern state of Israel is the collective Messiah which puts them in direct conflict with the True Messiah. It didn't work out to well for political and religious leaders in 70 AD.

The Three Oaths ① The Jews for their part were sworn not to forcefully reclaim the Land of Israel ② The Jews where not to rebel against the other nations, ③ The other nations in their turn were sworn not to subjugate the Jews excessively. “(30.3) When a man voweth a vow unto the LORD, or sweareth an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.” (Numbers 30.2, JPS)

Calvinists who advocate the replacement of Israel by the Church lack curiosity. I'll prove it. I challenge y'all to read Romans 11 and substitute "The Church" for every reference to Israel as a noun or a pronoun antecedent. You won't do it; because you lack curiosity. Read it and post here if you did it and what you learned.

I challenge you to justify the name "Israel" that the (mostly) Germans gave their project. You're using a false dichotomy in your query. Start with Theodore Herzl and read Mauschel, Der Judenstaat, and the writings of the other founders. Also worth reading their main holy book, the Zohar.

@@Invaderman440-pn7nb So I take it you didn't do the Romans 11 challenge?

The “promise,” was CONDITIONAL, and Israel turned their backs on God, over and over and over again, so the covenant went to the Gentiles in 34 ad, when the Jewish Council stoned Steven to death!

The land promise was fulfilled in the Old Testament in the Book of Joshua Chapter 21, It was lost due to the iniquity of the Jews. The promise also included "eternal possession" This obviously does not mean contiguous possession The eternal possession comes with the 2nd Coming of Yeshua. 1948 was a fleshly satanic inversion of Biblical Prophecy, driven by a Mason lead England. This video needs to go everywhere fast, please Lord make it so. Amen

Hagee is wrong because he thinks God is pleased with Israel today. Israel is in darkness temporarily but God has a chosen remnant of Israel THAT God will keep HIS promises and everlasting covenant with

Yes, Ezekiel 9 describes them and the man in linen's task. Daniel 12, he says how long it takes, and Daniel 7:25-28 shows that it exists up until the time denoted in Daniel 12. The remnant comes from all over the World as Isaiah 11 shows, Iraq, Syria, Iran, Africa, the islands of the sea, etc. Isaiah 11 calls Christ's formation "the second time", and describes the first formation of Israel coming out of Egypt as well. Zechariah 10, Zephaniah 3, Micah 7:15, Isaiah 2, 43, and 60, Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 17 and 21, and Revelation 20, show His gathering and Millennial Reign with Satan locked in the pit. He will send His angels to gather His followers from the four compass points, or four winds as Isaiah 43 and Mark 13 show.
