Hi Sherri, may I offer an opinion? Do not install a black floor, we did and I hated it so much! It showed dirt, pet hair and it was so dark. The room seemed smaller, ugh, I replaced it so fast. If you still think thats what you want, put a dark rug down first to see if it suits. Mwah

The color I want to go with is more of a Spanish mahogany and I want to stain the tiles and not paint them. The inspo pic was a little darker than I actually want to go with but it conveyed the glossy look that I have in mind. Thank you for the tip! ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely as always. You never disappoint. Tiny tip...what I find useful for my on/off toggle switchs is to add a remote control plug in. It is a little adapter the lamps plug into before plugging into the outlet. The battery operated remote control can either attach to the wall or leave loose for mobility. I am enjoying your new channel in addition to the other one. Double the fun...or is it double the trouble? Hahaha

May I make a suggestion…please buy rust oleum 2x paint. It’s 5.99. Covers in one coat…that cheap Walmart paint is horrendous…if you put some tung oil on your pew it will be better…the wood looks dry….or orange glo furniture polish….it needs oiling….I am old and have done a lot of remodeling….happy holidays darling…I just bought a silver round butter dish that I love…it’s perfect for the half sticks of real butter…your hair is so pretty and shiny

Why don’t you do a room as a gallery and library and hang all your art from floor to ceiling so you can enjoy. I did this in my tearoom and called it the English Gallery it was beautiful
