I don’t think I’ve eaten a collard in my entire 70 years. As a cancer survivor x 2 I’m going to start this food this week. God Bless you. Thanks

Hello Annette, today I was told I do have breast cancer. I am amazed how God put you on my KZbin on my phone. One day you were just there and I played it as it caught my attention since I am a born again Christian too. A couple weeks ago is when I first saw you on my phone begin writing down some of the things you talked about with foods. I figured there was a possibility that I did have breast cancer and I wanted to start to do what I have to do to fight this. Appreciate all the work you do and the great information that should give us so we can lead better lives. Most of the food I eat already as I am half Lebanese and the other half. So I can cook Mediterranean food and now I will just add what you have to offer in all your teaching. The Lord Jesus is with me and I'm not afraid. I am 64 years old, and it's been through an awful lot in the past few years. So I know stress played a big role. Things are much more calmer and I can focus on my health and well-being now.😊✝️👑💖 I'm going to check out your website on my computer so I can get a bigger picture of everything that you have to offer. God bless you!

Once again, you've provided me with some invaluable health information about a food I've always passed on. I knew that spinach and kale were "superfoods", but not collard greens. Plus, I never looked at collard greens as a cruciferous vegetable. Wow! Thank you so much!!

Vitamin C is destroyed with heat. Eating greens and vegetables raw and steamed or cooked have health benefits. Heat unlocks other positive health properties in all vegetables. Look into it and eat both ways. Jesus Bless you.

Cruciferous foods are listed as a no go for individuals with thyroid problems. I wish someone would do more study/research on this as it just does not sound right. Cruciferous foods are good for people, especially collards.
@TheBiblicalNutritionist2 жыл бұрын
The amount of cruciferous that interferes with the thyroid would require a large daily serving.

The way this lady is cutting this veggie is messing up the Sharpness of the blade, don't drag you knife on the cutting board , use the back of you knife to create more space to continue chopping or use your hand
