Sir mujhe ye tension ho rha ki maine 3 vaccine liye 11 din ho gya hai lekin 2-3 din se gale me thoda jalan and bilkul minute sa kabhi kab pain and susti, thakavat lag rha(shop se dawa lene ke baad susti thik ho gya lekin jalan raat ko hota hai kabhi kabhi. Mere ghar me ek do ko or thoda fever type ka hai. To kya koi dikkat hai?

Sir, i was given anti rabies vaccine on 0(on 28 mar) ,3 (on 31 march) ,7(4 april) and last on 14 (11 april) my doctor suggested me only 4 dose why not 5 dose? They give me Intramuscular , i am worried should i take 5 dose on (24 april)

Full course of ARV usually provide protective antibodies for five years. But it doesn't mean you are completely protected from next bites . Sir, Category 2 exposue ke liye main already apna Abhayrab ARV Doses kar raha tha(no HRIG).On 03/04/24, I took my 4th dose and uske next day(04/04/24) ko probably ek stray dog scratch(suspected) hua tha(very little blood).Kyuki main already ARV Doses le raha tha, maine koi additional doses nahi lagvaya aur HRIG bhi nahi lagvaya kyuki already 4 Doses complete ho chuka tha.Main Khali apna 5th Dose Complete kar liya on pre-scheduled Doses. Maine previously Abhayrab ARV le chuka hoon :- (1) 5 Complete Doses on March-April, 2019(Last Dose on 07/04/2019); (2) 3 Doses on January, 2023. Maine kabhi bhi HRIG liya. 1. Kya main 04/04/24 ka suspected Scratch ke liye HRIG nahi like Galti kiya?( Main just uske preceeding day me hi apna 4th Dose liya tha aur previously vaccinated bhi tha) 2. Kya mujhe rabies ho jaega?(Kyuki maine HRIG Nahi liya) 3. Kya mujhe HRIG Lena tha?(kyuki mera last completed Dose lene ke baad lagbhag 5 saal ho gya BUT mera currently course bhi chal raha tha) 4. Kya main 100% safe hoon? Please reply sir and thanks in advance for your advice.

Dear sir my first dose was on 2 April and 4 on 16 bcz I thing my dog lick on nails where my skin is broken bcz of my nails biting habit after 4 dose I touch my dog Bowl to give him food wash my hand with water only and eat food does it involve risk and also while giving 3rd I show while removing air bubble from injection few drop of vaccine came out is it still effective

Sir isse me itna pareshan hu to ab kya me ye criteria bana lu kya .. Agar direct 1.Dog or animal bite 2.direct scratch 3. Direct wound lick Ye 3 case na ho to rabies ke baare me sochna hi nhi chahe animal touch kare ,bark ,sneeze , animal kuch bhi ho saliva gire na gire just ignore and forget kardu kya sir aise shi rhega kya . Sir, mera kuch bhi direct contact nahi hua tha dog se. Still, to be on a safer side(due to Anxiety and OCD),I took 5 ARV Doses abhayrab and completed the entire course 1 week back(Also, I was completely vaccinated by 5 doses - 5 years Back & by 3 doses - 1 year back).I have not taken any RIG ever. Meanwhile between the 5 ARV Doses schedule, I had a doubtful scratch(A scratch,jisko maine bad me discover kiya after walking on road and that is most probably not from any dog, still fearful and overthinking)on the day after Dose 4(18 days back).Now, pichle 2 week se mujhe kabhi kabar head dizziness ho raha hain.2 din se thoda jaada dizziness ho raha, isiliye maine BP check karawaya to kal 140/100 nikla.Iske pehle usually, 130/80 yes nikalta tha. 1.Kya ye rabies hain?? 2.kya anxiety,overthinking, insomnia ya garmi ke bajaye bhi jo sakta hain ye high BP?(kyuki main Rabies se bohot darta rehta hoon and too overthinking) 3. kya majn rabies se safe hoon? 4. these types of cases are very complex. Making decision sometimes become very tough . Two school of thoughts are there for such cases- first - ARV should not be given for next 90 days. second - ARV should be given irrespective of the time gap. WHO - in 2018 proposed 3months concept.
