I used to have several skin tags on my neck and underarm. I found out I was prediabetic, changed my diet (I went on the Zone Diet) and after a year of keeping my blood sugar in range they all disappeared.

If you put a drop of Tea Tree oil on them once a day they will dry up and fall off in a week or two. I've done it twice, it works. And Tea Tree oil is one of the few EO's that you can use safely on your skin in neat form.

My skin tags fell off when I started fastening at night. I started to eat my last meal before 5 pm and had breakfast around 6 or 7 am. I choose at night so I don't feel hungry during the day. My first skin tag went away after a couple of days. My second one took over a month and the other one a couple of months. I had them for years I learned that I had insulin resistance and fastening helped lower insulin levels. I hope this helps. ❤

Once I had a skin tag in my underwear region. It was painful. I was set to get a job with healthcare. But it hadn't started yet. So, I went to a clinic. The reception lady said, "Never heard of skin tags. I'll put you down for herpes." I was soooooo pissed. And of course, it was a skin tag and was removed. Sooooo embarrassing.

Gah, I have skin tags EVERYWHERE (and have done ever since giving birth at 26). I’m super thin, and don’t struggle with insulin resistance, so I can only assume it’s genetic, and born of spending a lot of time in bed with ME/CFS, curled up in the same position for many hours 😭

When my husband was in the military it took forever to get a referral to dermatology for the dozens of skin tags he had. When he finally met with the dermatologist she told him to go home and have me remove them with a nail clipper. I only got a few off him, but it was too painful. We took him to a civilian derm once he got out of the Navy. Military medicine is like that and some people don't have the money to go. It would be helpful to know how to do it safely at home if there is a way. His were always catching on clothes and bleeding.

That annoys me. I work at a dermatology office and if you have skin tags that are irritated and bleeding, the dermatologist should’ve froze them with liquid nitrogen to help you get rid of them, or numbed it and shaved it off if it was a big one. Telling you guys to go home and remove them with a nail clipper is savage.

Trust me, this works (I got rid of 5 skin tags and 2 were very big)..take small piece cotton, soak in apple cider vinegar, apply to skin tag with medical tape/bandaid, leave on 8-10 hours. Do daily until gone. It does NOT hurt and they die. Once they turn black they will shrivel up and go away when u rub it.

I removed my husband's on his back myself with floss. I was so confident because all the research I did but instead of immediately shriveling and falling off in ballooned to 4 times it's size and turned purple. He was like "how does it look?" I was like.... 😱😅 "looks great babe". In the end after a week if fell off not trouble.

I bled quite a bit but with a good 10 mins of moderate pressure, the bleeding was able to subside. I have a tiny scar there now and it it NOT noticeable to and serious or bothersome degree…best choice I made….I also had warts on my had as a kid and did the same thing 😅….

Have never had any thin that has gotten big. But I’ve had a couple of things that I thought were little skin tags developing. was only about the diameter of a needle 🪡.5 of millimetre high. Right along where my bra rubs and under my arm pit. They were only very tiny and I just pinched/crushed em off with tweezers. Pretty easy. Not too painful.
