There’s an aesthetician on this platform who’s all about massage and draining lymph to achieve a snatched jawline and tone the face. However, her best snatching effect came from the neck lift surgical procedure she had.

Cracks me up when a sixteen year old makes an anti-aging video. Although to be honest I have never been on TikTok or Instagram. It's all a load of lies and narcissism. Anyone else annoyed when these girls tap products with those fake nails? It just sets my teeth on edge.😣

I recently got an eye massager that also vibrates and heats. It's relaxing, but best of all it helps my sinuses open up. While I have no delusions that it will change anything about my eyes or skin or lymphatics or even sinuses, it does feel super relaxing and makes my eyes less puffy for a while. It's fun and harmless. I don't have rosacea or acne, though. Just plain skin.

To be honest, I've never known anyone who retained so much fluid in their face that they had to "drain" it. Didn't even know it was a thing. I'm so glad I've stayed off social media. Seems like a lot of questionable people and ideas out there. I feel like a lot of the things you talk about from these sites could possibly cause more harm than good. Thanks, Dr Dray for always speaking the truth. We appreciate you! Happy Tuesday!! I hope you have a tranquil evening. 💟

I have seen great results on others using lymphatic drainage BUT those people are folks who had lymph nodes extracted or other medical issues that required that. People who require drainage techniques to help symptoms have to practice them diligently and follow doctors advice. I am sure that massaging your face will make it feel good and even help temporarily but the claims that those TikTok folks are spouting are just inflated. Just wanted to put this out there as women who have had those lymph nodes extracted (for example) may need that lymph drainage and its a real thing.
