I can attest with what Vince was saying regarding the body roll. Honestly, I was very frustrated during the first three months of acquiring this car, I am somehow frustrated. I am nitpicking with the engine noise during overtaking as well as its tough-to-the-lower-back suspension. Little did I know that driving this beast to the mountainous roads in Region 2 would really bring back my excitement in driving this truck. Tried it out at Sta. Fe Nueva Vizcaya, with the long and twisting roads. To my surprise, Even at high speeds (60-70 kph approaching curves) maneuvering this vehicle really gives you a commanding stance on the road.

Adding to it's aggressive look, are the headlights. The DRLS in the headlights, give the fascia of a similar mean look, that reminds those of us who remember the "BAD BOY" decals we would stick on our rear windshields in the late 80's to mid 90's. Along with it's double fanged grill, it makes for one tough looking truck. In fact, that BAD BOY decal could be revived as a fitting body decal graphic for the top spec model. It has my vote...

The extra space for buttons is good for those that modify the cars and need to add various locker buttons, suspension, webasto etc. This car is for enthusiasts as well, let's not forget that.

The blank spaces you mentioned are for the user modifications, I use to have an Np300 and all those spaces were really handy when I started adding lights and other accessories.

Not sure what you meant by blank spaces (is it blank buttons?) but imo this is great for a truck/SUV kasi it means space to put aux buttons/switches e.g. for aux lighting, diff locks, comms, etc. Pero on the other hand, these spaces shouldn't be too obvious since most drivers won't utilize them, so the blank spaces end up looking, as pointed out, blank

The dmax was exciting to hear when it first launched in thailand. But the model line up in the philippines is messy. The 1.3million ls-a variant should already have the signature led drl. The blue and orange color options should’ve been available on all variants. There should also be an option for a two tone alloy wheel with the 18” rims. And 1.8million for the top of the line 4x4 is a bit too much

As usual PH specs always behind other countries standard. Those 10 blank buttons can give us a hint. And the fact that the 4x4 auto does not come with diff and we are missing the 8th airbag standard in all trims in AU confirms it.

@@juliust.gayagas4022 You are correct. My complaint is that we never get the real deal in the Philippines. Go for the 4x4 M/T, you gain a rear diff. locker and you lose 5 airbags. Im sure you get my point. In Australia all 4x4 models comes with rear dif. lock. And 8 airbags is also standard along the range, even in the entry level single cab chassis.

@@malpicano81 i felt same way you do po, kaya lang wala na tayong magagawa dahil yun ang naging decision ni isuzu philippines. Having more airbags ay mabuti sana and it is your last line of defense against collesion,but the best thing to do is to avoid sa accident, and drive sa kaya lang imaneho. Personally,having 2 airbags in a pick up truck is fine,and based on my experienced i prefer the electronic diff lock, it will get you going when you got stock on the difficult roads and terrain ahead of you.

4x2 catergory the d-max win,3.0 engine is proven,4x4 automatic go for hilux conquest,navara is good for riding comfort while strada is another good alternative pick up.

Still front double wishbone suspension but with 3 rear leaf spring and 4 coil sping,the mu-x still have front double wishbone suspension and rear 5 link suspension.

Hard to tell. We were in Highlands. Roads are quite smooth except near the guardhouse. Initially, it's getting close to the Navara's coil suspension. When we get to do a full review, we can tell for sure.

Navara is more comfortable ride, drive and is the only pick up truck which has coil spring multi link suspension..that is why Navara is d best and not bumpy and not noisy
