There's a great smithery in Sargot that sells swords on the cheap. Just don't ask from where they receive their supplies.

There's a guy named T_____X that acquires hammers, daggers, pikes, and other assorted goods from looters, raiders, and weak armies, then sells the goods to some friendly smiths.

The more of these play throughs I’ve watched, the more food management in this game looks like it’s a big issue. It seems like an overly harsh mechanic.

If the game had a UI element showing when a food item would decay you can make better decisions currently you have no idea bar a white bar that ticks down
